I had to start cutting my hair off a couple inches at a time to get rid of the damage. I'm so upset over this, I mentioned how important my hair was to me and how I used good products to care for it, used little to no heat and yet this still happened. I don't know if it was Ashley's technique or if she used poor and low quality products. No amounts of treatments, leave in conditioners, masks or oils have helped. It took me a while to even find this page so I could write a review about it. She was very rough with my head. I was in constant pain throughout the whole process. For reference my hair was longer than mid back and is naturally straight and even she said it was super healthy. It had some color toward the ends from two years prior but she cut that color off with the trim she did. I'm so disappointed in the result, next time I'll make the two hour drive to my old stylist.
