I recently visited the Waterford location to shop the Devil Wears Prada 2 collection, and luckily they still had most items in stock. I'm going to see the movie with friends and we're all dressing up to the theme. I got the groundbreaking florals for spring tee -- so fun (IYKYK)! The cerulean sweater was also so cute, and my friend ended up getting it. I've already been shopping here for many of my son's toddler outfits, but I've really enjoyed shopping for myself recently as well. I also really like their athletic wear and got a cute girly workout skirt. I will say that their new release items are priced a bit high in my opinion, but their stuff tends to go on sale pretty quickly and I try to only shop the sales for the best deals. You can sometimes find better deals online than in store, and things ship pretty quickly.

The only thing that I may have an objection about is that sometimes to check out it takes a long time, not all the time but often enough that's a pattern, the lines takes long, I know is normal in retail to try to upsell the store offers, credit cards reward program, etc, but sometimes even when there are only a few people in line it takes a long time to check out. I also wanted to add that old navy's app is pretty good when it comes to ordering clothes online and pick them up on location, and to get general info about the store. Recommended.

The men's section has some fun,unique gadgets and novelty merchandise, of which I selected a few. There are some discounts throughout the store, making things more reasonably priced. I do have a Kohl's charge card, so I had my 40% off coupon ready to go in the app. Always nice to see how much you saved on that receipt. This was my first visit since the checkout area has been altered. It is now similar to some other retailers, a winding line that has customers corralled into a path surrounded by more stuff to buy. I don't love it, but it is effective seeing as how I grabbed an additional item. I believe 7 registers were open. There was a wait to get there, though. A manager apologized for the delay. He helped direct customers to the next available register. Angie, the associate who completed my transaction, was very friendly and upbeat. Overall I felt they handled the busyness adequately.

It's a pretty big store so if you have the time I would recommend just walking around the entire thing and taking a look at all the different items they have. The cashiers are usually friendly and always try to get me to sign up for a Kohl's card.

I was able to find a shirt I liked which was on sale plus another 25% off for Memorial Day, so I got one for under $50. They also had an order next day delivery and get $25 off, but since it was Saturday, I wouldn't get till Wednesday due to the Memorial Day Holiday. Anyway, shipping was "free" so I did it. Shopping is odd as there are very few shirts "on the rack". They have shirts at the back of the store to try on to get your size. It was weird as I tried on a long sleeve shirt to get my size for a short sleeve shirt. Not the best move but I've been mesmerized by them for a while and is the first thing from Shark Tank I can actually find besides squatty potties and scrub daddies and mouth gaggies. The package arrived (UPS Delivered to my neighbor, hence the limerick ending above), but that's not Untuckit's fault. However, Untuckit did NOT put their name on the UPS Tracking info so I had no idea the package was from them. Basically, without that information, I could not contact UPS and do anything about it as I got a notification from UPS that a package was delivered. I checked my CCTV Camera at the gate, my head of security and her assistant, and I know the hounds would have definitely made a ruckus if there was a package. Shame on you Untuckit! I'm glad I have good neighbors who later on, brought the package to me. They're not Jake from State Farm, but equally as nice. The packaging was outstanding and the shirt arrived. I'll wear it out a few times to see how it holds up and see if any buttons fall off like some places. Other than the confusing way to try on stuff and order with "free" shipping, it seems like a quality shirt.

I am now a Large in casual collared shirts and purchased a short sleeve white shirt (which can be dressed up or down), the craftsmanship and materials are very good to excellent on this brand. These shirts generally priced around $75-$100 but you can wait for clearance sales like I do and receive them for under $50. The customer service I've encountered has always been outstanding and professional.

However, I enjoy coming to this location as it's in a plaza with numerous other stores that I frequent. So, I'm able to run a handful of errands in ONE SINGLE PLAZA - which is a great perk! This location, like their others, is well kept. There is always ample parking. If there is something you are looking for and don't find it on the floor, the staff will help you order it and have it shipped to you IF the item is still available. And should you need any additional assistance, then there is usually a staff member nearby to help. My experiences here have always been quite exceptional.
