She worked on my brows until they were perfect ( again), and made sure to listen to me when I stated " I like them sharp, but thick. " ( I have naturally "dramatic shaped" eye brows) Robina was gentle, and quick and left me feeling pleasant versus raw and irritated feeling. When Robina applied the cooling lotion, she massaged it in, versus some places who just slap it on and send you on you way. When I went to go pay she gave me a Preferred customer card, and pointed out their hours. She seemed to be hurting for business, and asked me to spread the word. Which I was glad to oblige as you can see here. Not only do they do threading, they also do henna tattoos.
