The place is all seafood and Peruvian cuisine. The food portion is okay and they serve to your delight.

Wow! I need this place to stay open so long my future grandchildren's grandchildren can try it , and I don't even have kids yet. This place is absolutely delicious - ingredients are fresh, complex and flavorful - comfort food at its finest. Highly recommend for that Peruvian flavor

I had a wonderful time! Vivian brought me some roasted corn with the cilantro dip. Really good and different. I ended up having the beef with onions, tomatoes, and rice. I substituted a salad to replace the fries. Kudos to them for not charging extra. It was like having Chinese stir fry but with cilantro and other spices. I ended up purchasing some roasted corn and cilantro dip to take home. I let Vivian know that I would be back.

Craving some Peruvian food and this hit the spot. Super friendly staff and very attentive. Not a big place, but cozy and clean. Our waiter was super helpful, even brought pictures to show the difference in plates. And if the kids don't like to try new things do not worry they also serve chicken fingers with French fries. My food was good, not the best I've had (I'm Peruvian) but a good effort.

I have to admit that I was concerned about the quality of this restaurant because I was judging the plaza it was in. It's next to an adult video store and VCR repair shop, who still watches VHS? Anyhow we walked in and we were the only patrons in the restaurant ""red flag"! However when we were approached by the very friendly gentlemen and given a grand tour of Peruvian dishes complete with pictures we were very comfortable. So we ordered our food, me the steak with cilantro, the wife rice and beans. Everything was pretty awesome and flavorful. I only withhold one star because a tiny fly landed in one of my condiments, if there's one fly there's probably many more in the kitchen. Bathroom wasn't detail cleaned but the food was good enough to overcome my annoyance at these small items. So go here for great food!!!

Very personal service. Tiny place with completely authentic Peruvian feel. We started with the fried yuca. Many seafood entrees to choose from as well as a good selection of ceviches. I was surprised not to find any other reviews. They have been open about a year and a half. If you want a real Peruvian experience. This is the place. Cheers.

Really good food. Reminded me of when I was in Peru 12 years ago. The inca cola really topped it off for me.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Peru 941!…read more I had an amazing dining experience at Peru 941 Peruvian Cuisine in Sarasota! From the moment we arrived, the service was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. You can tell they truly care about their customers. The food was phenomenal ,fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We ordered the Papa Rellena, Jalea & Ceviche Combo, Arroz con Mariscos, and refreshing Maracuyá drinks, and every single dish was outstanding. The flavors were authentic, perfectly seasoned, and portions were very generous. The ceviche was fresh and vibrant, the jalea perfectly crispy, and the arroz con mariscos was packed with seafood and flavor. Absolutely delicious! Everything came out quickly, hot, and exactly as ordered. The staff was attentive without rushing us, and the overall atmosphere made the experience even better. If you're looking for authentic Peruvian food, great service, and an unforgettable meal, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!

It was early evening and we started with Peruvian corn and a mild dipping sauce. I ordered a Peruvian chicken lo mein dish. My wife got a beef dish. Both had subtle spices and each was devoured. We also ordered taca taca ( fried rice and beans ). For dessert we had a custard pudding with cinnamon. Everything was nicely served, delicious and portions were generous. One to remember and we will definitely return next opportunity.

It's got a relaxing beach vibe with outside seating and a nice patio in the back with enough shade. I could tell that they host nightly entertainment here with a small stage. For lunch, I ordered the lobster maki roll. I'm not a big sushi fan, but I was intrigued. This lobster roll was one of the best sushi rolls I've had in a long time. Also ordered include the blackened grouper sandwich, billionaire burger, and tempura shrimp appetizer. Our group loved every entree. The cocktails were also refreshing. I really loved my jalapeño watermelon margarita. Our server was wonderful - very friendly and quick service. Definitely an enjoyable lunch or dinner spot!

We booked this place via OpenTable since it received great reviews. We ended up parking next door…read moresince parking was a bit hard to navigate. The parking place had ample parking where you needed a mobile app to pay for your parking. There was a larger souvenir store there if you needed to kill time before your seating. Once it was our time for our dinner reservations, we were greeted and seated at our table. Our waitress was a bit sarcastic or had a witty comments that didn't sit well with my kids. When ordering our foods, the kids asked what type of drinks they had since it was not listed on the menu. She said Coke but didn't elaborate that they had Coke products. Since she said Coke so fast our daughter didn't hear the response and asked her the question again where she just said that's a great question and ignored her and moved on. Food wise - we had the Peruvian ceviche, Peruvian chicken, I think I had a special grouper dish. The food was good. We were able to eat everything and the kids enjoyed their kids burger meals. Outside of the waitress comments, the place placed nice modern music to listen to and had the basketballs games playing on the tv at the bar.
