Condition of items does vary, so you need to review carefully before bidding (everything sold as-is), and check carefully when collecting your won items. I've seen broken things or things you'd find at a garage sale mixed with really expensive items. Items are laid out nicely in a spacious room, and staff are helpful if you have questions. It is highly important to give the bidder the size of the item. Either show the size with a tape measure or list the actual size. I am not happy when the photo shows a large item but when I get receive it the size is smaller. The quality of the offerings are not as good and many times not worth the first bid of $15 plus all the fees that go on top. I have bought about 7 vehicles from this auction house over the years and all were good except one that was a total loss (they refunded). Now they have reserves on almost all the vehicles and you really don't know where the top limit will be. I used to buy lots of furniture and art and now there is a lot less furniture and very little that is good quality. I got many in my family bidding here and they still are doing just that. I hope things will improve enough so that I find good items at a fair price.

1 Star I had been a…read morerepeat paying customer of this company since around 2023 and was satisfied with its towing services. Unfortunately, an experience with the office manager changed that. Alexis called me from the company's business number about a personal matter completely unrelated to towing. She screamed at me and questioned why I knew one of the company's tow truck drivers outside of the services he had performed for me. I later learned Alexis is both the driver's former girlfriend and his supervisor. I find it wildly inappropriate that my customer information was apparently used to contact me through the business over a personal issue involving her ex-boyfriend. I originally met this driver through the company and had hired and paid them for towing services on multiple occasions. The situation became inappropriate enough that I ultimately sent a cease-and-desist notice concerning the conduct and false claims being circulated about my private life. Afterward, I looked through the company's reviews and counted more than 20 negative reviews concerning the receptionist/front-desk staff, repeatedly describing rude, argumentative, disrespectful, or unprofessional interactions. After my experience, I understand why. My complaint is not about the tow drivers or the towing services. It is about an office manager using her position and access to a customer's information to involve that customer in a personal dispute. That crossed a professional boundary. I will take my future towing business elsewhere.

Items you can use or something you just love. They are friendly and do a good job on the auction write-ups. Photos are good and very important so that buyers know exactly what they are getting once the auction closes. Rarely do you find broken things here that are in bad shape. My son loves sports stuff and magic cards while my other son likes art and collections.
