My car experienced pretty immediate engine failure. I went back and forth with the dealership. I received initial responses such as "your warranty will cover it" etc. Unfortunately, I was without a car for months with no end in sight. The dealership couldn't get the parts. At that time, Enterprise stepped back in and took the car back. So for that, I maintain my 5 stars because they recognized the issue and made it right.

So after signing ALL 3 separate copies stating we have Gap and then you guys either took it out after signing while we have all the proof of all copies, dates, names etc., or just LIED and MISLEAD to score a deal. We also have proof William has been PAYING YOU GUYS FOR GAP COVERAGE this whole time (exactly 1 year ago today!) So I will NEVER recommend this place, you guys are scammers and rip off anyone to get your lame commission. The attorney general is getting involved, we will see yall in court (regardless of your new management and new dealers) not surprised of the high turnover rate, and can't wait til you guys are shut down so you can't rip any other hardworking family's off Management & finance guy (I'll edit and post all the names) didn't want to help or resolve anything after scamming us, getting angry at US. After I posted my review I was contacted by 'Kevin' from CarMax and he negotiated $1,000 for me on the condition I sign some papers. He said they would be in touch. I got one call saying they were waiting on the check and paperwork and that was a month ago. It was a mistake to come to this CarMax and I would absolutely warn you against it. You'll notice the postive reveiws come from 'Elite' reviewers - hmmm like its coordinated. I really wish I had bought my truck at Corwin Ford Reno which is where I bought the one I traded in.
