At that time, Enterprise stepped back in and took the car back. So for that, I maintain my 5 stars because they recognized the issue and made it right.

As was shown a 2004 Lexus SUV with a trailer package installed. It was beautiful and clean. Lexus is Toyota-zilla when it comes to luxury cars. This car had low mileage, bluetooth, CD/DVD, HD Radio, and backup camera. However, after driving home I noticed that the integrated auto, blue, camera system would go on and off. The folks at Solano Sent me to their car audio specialist, Nevada Car Audio, who replaced the failed system with a new one within a half an hour. Solano Auto took care of it. I am very impressed with this place. Next time I need a car, I'm coming back!

Cash and all necessary documents in hand, and $40,000+ I drove off the lot. July, 2025, I had a slow leak in my left tire. AAA came out and when they opened the back to extract the spare - NOTHING! No tire, no wheel, zip. We never thought to look for the spare and neither did this shop. I don't get it. How to sell a car and an integral part that is a spare tire yet sell it and when the time comes (and thank God it wasn't on the highway) the owner calls and they say "oh well, that's a shame"! That is the response, and $2,000 later a spare and wheel are in the car no thanks to Diamond Motors. So beware if you buy a car from this place. Check every inch of the vehicle you may be purchasing, since they could care less.

SURPRISE!!! we don't have the part. . Scam! Scam! Scam! Run! These people sell their co-workers old cars as new to customers! I was told…read moreeverything works fine before I bought the car. 4 months later I needed new breaks, starter, and tons of other things. I had the warranty, useless! They claim to work with Reno Auto Works behind the dealership but they don't communicate or anything with each other! To top it off, I bought this suv because I needed AWD. When this last snow storm hit, I found out they sold me a front wheel drive only! They lie, cheat and the GM doesn't help. His response was come back and "we will sell you a better car!" I'm beyond upset with the whole experience and people need to know what a scam business these people are running..
