It was a 25 degree day and I asked if it was too cold to do and they said no it would be fine. The problem is that it is crumbling in areas because it was too cold that day and would not compact. I called and text the company and after 6 months they sent a person out to look at the problem and he agreed to repave a large area and that they would be out in a couple weeks to do. Two months later and no show and does not respond back. Now I have to go to court and get my money back and I will surely win according to my attorney. Additionally, The foreman told us he didn't like to pull permits in our town because they were a pain to deal with. We insisted and we were told it would be taken care of. They did call the line for call before you dig but when the Inspector from the Town came out here, he informed us that another company H&M paving (associated with them) called them and did not request a permit. He also stated that when he checked State of CT listings, H&M was not active. Lucky for us we did not give them any money but they surely did hold up our project for over a month and we had to scramble to find someone else.
