Brought my car in for the brakes to be checked. After a day they called and it was ready to be picked up. The service department explained the issue with the brakes and the repairs performed which were all free of charge including labor. I also had to buy windshield wipers. The guy who sold me them worked in the service department and was called Adam. He was great as he showed me how to install the windshield wipers. I also got a free coffee while I was there which was a definite plus. Overall, solid service.

    One star is not low enough for owner Cory Stocker and his dealership…read more Here's the short version: I dropped my vehicle off to get quotes on two separate issues--a faulty gearshift switch and a torque converter replacement. What I got back was outrageous quotes, a $350 diagnosis bill and was told i needed a gearshift and possibly a torque converter! I was essentially charged $350 for a "factory-trained technician" to tell me exactly what I had already told them when I brought the vehicle in: the transmission was shuddering and the gearshift needed to be replaced. That was the entire reason I brought the vehicle there in the first place. I expected better customer service and, at the very least, a discussion about possible goodwill assistance from Chevrolet on what are well-known issues with this make and model. Instead, I got a $350 bill to just have them reiterate what i told them when i dropped off the vehicle. To make matters worse, the service manager took over a month to respond to a very respectful email I sent regarding my concerns. The repeated explanation was that he was "too busy" to look into it. When he finally did respond, instead of addressing the issue or offering any meaningful resolution, he offered me a free oil change--which was of no value to me since I do my own oil changes. I also emailed owner, Cory Stocker, directly. After waiting another three weeks with no response, I followed up again. When I finally received a reply, it was rude, contained incorrect information about my situation, and ended with him telling me to take my business elsewhere. (As if I would ever return after the experience I had already received.) What bothered me most was how unprofessional the response was. Even if they had no intention of refunding the $350, there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that to a customer. This was not it. In the end, I paid $350, received no repairs, no meaningful assistance, terrible communication, and a dismissive response from the owner himself. Based on my experience and their charges, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. They have made it very clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority, and judging by many of the other reviews here, my experience does not appear to be an isolated incident.
