Sunday has officially become my self-care day, and Maggiano's was the perfect place to spend it. This was my second visit, and once again, everything was wonderful! Since I was dining alone, the hostess was incredibly kind and even seated me at what she said was her favorite spot in the restaurant. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience enjoyable. It's not always easy to find a restaurant that consistently delivers great food and outstanding hospitality, but Maggiano's has done it both times I've visited. We visited Maggiano's Little Italy at Buckhead on Jan 5, 2026 as part of Road Scholar's "The Civil Rights Movement - Atlanta, Montgomery, Selma, Birmingham" group program. Our meals were covered by the program. When we arrived, we were led up the stairs and into a private dining room (for our group) Centioli. There were tables of eight. Each diner had two plates, three forks, a teaspoon and a butter knife neatly arranged with a dinner towel sitting nicely on the plates. Drinks were available at the bar counter next to the room entrances. For those that only wanted water (like me), they were served at the tables by the wait staff. The prepared menu was listed at each table. It was divided into three courses, all served table d'hôte. The first course was appetizers: Caesar salad, Maggiano's salad and bruschetta. As one that doesn't care for salads, the bruschetta was the sole choice and good enough. The second course was entrees: spaghetti with marinara sauce, fettuccine alfredo and chicken piccata. I tried the latter two, liking the chicken piccata more than the fettucine. The final course was a desert: tiramisu. It looked like chocolate cake and tasted a little bit like it. There were no issues with the wait staff. Private room for the group was appreciated. Separate, smaller tables helped to reduce the noise level significantly, as opposed to longer or larger tables seating more people. Lighting was muted - similar to Paesano of Mulberry Street - for a more intimate, fine dining experience. The general dining area had the same table setup but with brighter lights. Overall, the food was alright. As one that also doesn't care for Italian cuisine, it was a relief that the prepared menu had choices that were reasonably tasty. For lovers of this kind of cuisine and dining experience, Maggiano's is for you. Just not for me. read more

Honestly this was a pretty good experience! We enjoyed it all around! Now I know it's not authentic Italian food. But it's great quality for the price. The service was pretty good, honestly we haven't had bad service yet! When we told them our baby was turning 20 months they made a special chocolate sign for her which was nice! The ambiance is classic, I mean as classic as you can get in America haha! I had the spaghetti with meatballs and my wife had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. The baby ate a little bit of everything and was so happy! We also love their house bread which is complimentary with your meal. For drinks my wife had a margarita and I had the smoked old fashioned. I know it's not wine but honestly the only drawback about this and almost every American restaurant is that wine prices are through the roof! It doesn't bother me though, because the cocktails are great and reasonably priced. I've been coming to Maggiano's for a while now and usually sit at the bar. On this visit , I ordered the Chef's Signature Caesar Salad, Simply Grilled Salmon, Roasted Garlic Broccoli, and Spaghetti Aglio Olio to eat. To drink, I ordered the Rosa Spritz cocktail. The Caesar Salad was good, but could have had slightly less dressing. I really enjoyed the Grilled Salmon as it was cooked perfectly to the requested temperature. The Roasted Garlic Broccoli and Spaghetti Aglio Olio were over cooked and too mushy or soft for my liking. I usually prefer my vegetables and my pasta to have more of a crunch or al dente bite to them, respectfully. The Rosa Spritz was surprisingly boozy, which I liked, so I could see myself ordering that again; and Victor, the bartender, provided good service as usual. Will be back soon! read more

(Validated Parking Available) If this is your first time coming, this location offers several businesses, "Corner Bakery," and "Maggiano's Little Italy." When you walk in, you discover a grand staircase and a friendly staff to assist you, to the right. As you proceed to your table, if you look immediately to the left, past the entrance, you'll see a beautiful bar to get a drink. As we were seated a server attendant to us promptly. We order our drinks and house bread to start. Once the bread basket arrived, we noticed it was not the same bread that Maggiano's normally served. Turns out, they changed to something different and supposedly healthier option. As we cut the bread in half and spread that flaky and creamy butter on the inside, it had a good texture and flavor to it. We personally loved the old bread more than new one. New was doable. Now, for the main course. We ordered signature famous, "Maggiano's Lasagna" and "Eggplant Parmesan with Spaghetti." OMG!!! We should have just ordered one menu item. We mentioned to the waiter that Lasagna will be shared for two. The level of attentiveness and quality was unmatched during main course. When they brought our food, Lasagna was placed on two separate plates and smothered with delicious red sauce. So much cheese! The Eggplant Parmesan plate had four large pieces with more cheese and spaghetti. With every bite, you were tasting authentic Italian cuisine. No compromise. Great restaurant for hosting a large gathering. I recently attended a professional organization's holiday party at this location, and it was an excellent choice. The event space was spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group, with plenty of room to mingle and all the necessary audiovisual setup, including a screen. The Italian buffet offered a well-rounded selection of starters, entrées, and desserts, with options that easily met a variety of dietary needs. Vera's lemon cookies were the clear standout for me--perfectly balanced with just the right touch of zest. The bar featured a solid selection of cocktails, mocktails, and wine, and the staff were consistently pleasant, serving everyone with genuine smiles throughout the evening. There is a paid parking garage conveniently located behind the restaurant, which made arrival and departure easy. The Alfredo was tasty, but with an Italian Aunt I know what a simple Alfredo should really taste like--this was definitely American-style Italian for the masses. Good, but could've been more authentic. The Rigatoni was solid, but the Alfredo was easily ten times better. I ordered to go (lazy that day) and the packaging was on point. I can only imagine the dine-in vibe with nice china and polished service. I get why Maggiano's is a staple in business centers across the country. I'd go back, but with the right expectations. Beautiful decor, beautiful Sinatra style music, fabulous service as always. Anything you order is going to taste delicious. I recommend doing the family style ordering method. You get so much food for your money that it's ridiculous (2 salads, 2 appetizers, 4 entrees and 3 deserts for $50 p/p and $15 for kids). I also recommend the Maggiano's Salad and the Rigatoni D. The tiramisu, chocolate cake and cheesecake are all wonderful. My husband ordered the steak and my kids ordered the chicken Alfredo. First time at a Maggiano's restaurant which is a national chain. They are an Italian known for offering event space. The location is downtown Buckhead, an area of Atlanta. My son's college swim team had a large event with over 120 attendees. Parking is valet $20, or self parking paid garage nearby. I was the advance parent making sure things were ready, they were. Staff was great to work with and accommodated our every need. The venue is gorgeous and elegant. The food offerings were family style. This is actually new by me to have this option at an event. It worked well and was more economical. Appetizers, bread, salad, two mains of pasta and desert. They ended up surprising us with cake that was not on the prearranged menu. A cash bar was set up, but yikes on $18 old fashions. The food was very good, not great. Timing and temperatures were excellent. The service shined through the night. I ordered the stuffed shells, and had it with the lobster cream sauce. I really enjoyed it. It seemed a little salty after a while, but I ate it all. I had a pomegranate martini to drink. If you like a sweeter drink, with a bit of tang, you'll enjoy it. The atmosphere was cozy, but there were kids in the bar area that were loud and fussy. Service was just okay -- once our food came, our server only checked in one time. I ordered the Linguine di Mare, and while it started off promising, I quickly realized there were no shrimp and mostly just clams and mussels. After mentioning it, the server brought out 3 jumbo shrimp and 2 small ones, but it still felt unbalanced. The "spicy tomato" sauce also lacked any spice. We visited Maggiano's Little Italy at Buckhead, July 4, 2026. I had a problem with not getting a complimentary glass of water. Which is usually offer for free at most restaurants. But Maggiano's did not give me that choice. Instead hey offer sparkling water or still water. The still water is refilled tap water in a reused bottle, with a $6.50 charge. But its not knew until you get ready to checkout. I was can get after I pay. I didn't drink the water so they offer to give me to go cups (3) to take the water with me because they did not have any caps for the water bottle. We kept sending back the lime/lemons because lime was too dry squeeze. The server did her good job, I don't blame her, she did what she was trained to do. The experience and service was horrible. The others at the table enjoyed the chicken piccata, but it wasn't a favorite of mine. The cheesecake was a favorite at the table, but if you like tiramisu, that was my favorite. So I came for a family event, graduation. We got to go upstairs and had the room to ourselves so that was pretty cool. Building itself is nice and decorated very well overall. Everybody was pretty friendly, even though we didn't interact with them a lot because we went straight to our room. Now there is parking here but it's pay park. Or valets. So just keep that in mind, it's not going to be street parking. But you're on Peachtree road so you can't expect to have free street parking in Buckhead LOL. My experience was a little bit different because we had our own banquet hall instead of dining in the dining room, but we had our own staff and the staff was very friendly and good at their job. They kept our cups full and they kept the food coming. Calamari - The calamari was pretty good. They fried it pretty hard, and they fried it together in batches apparently because the lot of calamari that was at the table definitely pretty much got fried and stuck together so we had to kind of finagle apart LOL. Crab cakes - The crab cakes were 10 out of 10. These joints were fire! They didn't need any sauce or anything on them, they were flavored in Superior fashion! I will go back for a plate of those LOL absolutely! Parm stuffed mushrooms - The emotions were okay. Nothing to write home about. But they were okay. Not as flavorful as I would have liked them to be. Spaghetti with waygu meatballs - the spaghetti with meatballs, now. Here's where I start to get a little bit weird about it, everything on the table with pasta was super hard to get out because they gave us two spoons instead of tongs or something. Anyway, the spaghetti sauce was pretty decent. The meatballs in there were very flavorful and I could eat a plate of those by themselves. They were solid! Chicken Alfredo - The chicken alfredo one was okay. Okay let me get a little more granular, the pasta and Alfredo was Ashley. Nothing to write home about. It was kind of bland. But the chicken, the Parmesan crusted chicken was really really good! Rigatoni alla vodka - The vodka pasta was really flavorful and it had a sweet finish to it. It was super good! I would definitely go back for this. Warm apple crostada - I'm not a dessert person but the minute they put this down, I had to try a little piece of it and it was really good! The ice cream they brought on it kind of melted so it kind of got a little messy for the table but at the same time, it was not the end of the world. We came here on a Friday night. It wasn't super packed at 7:30pm but more people were coming as we were leaving around 8:45pm. We did have a reservation so I do recommend making one. It was free to park as long as you park in the garage and take your ticket with you inside in order to get it validated. We started with the soup of the day (cream of chicken) and the calamari. Both were delicious. I do wish that the calamari came with a zesty sauce, instead of just the marinara that it came with. For our main courses we got the mama's lasagna and chicken Parmesan. The lasagna was really good and hot, but there was something left to be desired with the meat sauce. The chicken Parmesan tasted great as well as the noodles it came with. Both were great portions. We didn't finish either dish completely. I have been eating at Maggiano's since the early 90s. I eat at the original location in Chicago. Maggiano's is still the greatest "Italian" restaurant "overall" in the United States even as a chain!! .. TOP NOTCH Service every time!! you'll get gorgeous ambience, great Italian music quietly playing , great lighting!! great seating!! , comfortable chairs!!, and always classy. Joshua the Bar Keeper was our server with a Party of 7. And He was AWESOME!! Mark the manager was 7 Service , ask for him and he will tak care of you for nearly every need. Again...I've ate at over 20 locations for over 30 years and this was probably in the top five dinner nights out of all time. I highly recommend making a reservation and enjoying the delicious new updated menu from the medallions of fillet and From rigatoni and the salmon and our FAVORITE CHUCKEN PICATTA ( we've been eating that same dish for 20 years) And ... Went to the location in Buckhead for a casual dinner. There is ample paid parking and you can valet for a small cost. The restaurant will actually validate your parking, but you have to make sure you park in the correct parking lot (which is the one directly behind it and not the one to the side which reads General Parking). We had reservations and were seated immediately. The host brought us water and the server (Jaelyn) arrived fairly quickly and was smiley and friendly. She greeted us, explained the fall special menu, took our drink order and said she would be right back with our drinks and bread. She didn't disappoint she was right back with that warm bread. We were prepared to order the family feast; however, there was only two in our party and she explained we would be charged for an additional 2 children and advised how much food we would have received. She recommended the meal for 2 which came with 2 small salads or one appetizer to share, two pastas/entrees, and one dessert to share. We selected the meatballs, four cheese ravioli with pesto Alfredo sauce, Taylor Street Baked Ziti, and the pumpkin cheesecake. The meatballs (3 count) extremely large and served with small grilled bread and has marinara sauce at the bottom to dip the bread. The meatballs were flavorful, but most important they were perfectly seasoned and tender. Best meatballs I have had all year. The portion size can serve 2 or possible 3 people. The baked ziti had ground Italian sausage and peppers and a authentic tomato sauce. The four cheese ravioli comes with 8 raviolis and had a nice presentation. This is a meatless dish, but was satisfying even to a meat lover. There was enough for two servings on both pasta dishes so we have lunch the for next day. read more

This salmon dish was pretty good. Light, but fulfilling. I did add a little bit of salt, but overall the salmon was cooked good. The service was pretty top tier. We had an amazing waitress. I wish I could remember her name, but she was the sweetest. She was very knowledgeable, and attentive. The host was amazing too. The wait was taking longer than expected, she ended up getting a table cleared for us so we didn't have to wait much longer than we already did. There was no host at the stand by the end of dinner.
