Mike was very thorough and was able to solve a plumbing issue that traced back to the laundry room. He was very persistent in fixing it however long it took. I called a previous plumber that came with 2 people and couldn't solve it. They were lazy and left after they couldn't fix it. Mike was able to fix it by himself. He's very responsive to questions and concerns, on time/early and thorough. Definitely a go-to for plumbing needs if even just estimates and information. He even helped me find the shut off valve for one of the outdoor water spouts and removed a radiator cover to turn it off for winterizing. He seems trustworthy, although, a tad expensive.
