The place is clean and organized. The owner is methodical. The pricing is okay. But she is also…read morerude and tries to argue with you for no reason. She does not communicate well. Does not really smile and she is unfriendly. I like service with a smile. So just saying. She also is so worried about risk, liability and complaints that she is vague about any question you ask her--even general questions. I have been there about 20 times in the past 6 years and each time I go, I sense a disconnect and scorn from her for no reason. I dont get it. I give my business to a lot of people, and have good relations with anyone I give my money to. My usual tip is between 20 to 30% --but when I go there, I just dont feel like tipping anymore. Each time I hope to see a glimmer of customer service from her, and each time I am disappointed. I even told her it was my birthday the next day, and she said NOTHING. Totally dismissive of my requests or comments and non-communicative. She needs a lesson in setvice with a smile and communication. Meh. She also it seems tries to price gouge a bit when she can. It is noticeable when she forgets that she has quoted a different price before. Walked away a bit unhappy with the attitude, not necessarily her "work".

The woman who helped me was focused and gentle. I was worried about pain or getting small cuts afterward, but thankfully I barely felt any pain and my eyebrows looked great afterward. Once she finished, she asked if I wanted aloe vera applied, which I appreciated. She gently rubbed aloe on my eyebrows and even gave me a mini massage around the area, which was super relaxing. Thankfully most of her clients ahead of me took less than 10 minutes. I have very thick brows and have not had them attended to in quite a few years. I've just let my barber use clippers to trim them. Unfortunately that has led them to be very thick and too big. She had her work cut out for her!! Her prices are very reasonably. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed that there were several stray stubby hairs remaining after the wax. It really annoys me when I go in for a Brazilian and a waxer is not diligently making sure that her work is thorough. I'm not trying to be that petty customer, but there were 20+ stray hairs. I have been waxing for years and I know waxers who take the time to tweeze any remainder hairs to make sure they have a clean finish.
