They made me feel comfortable and at home. Nothing I asked was too big for them and I loved that. My nails came out more than perfect I came in with no plan and everyone came together to think of ideas and came out with this beautiful heart cat eye design. My entire life I have never paid more than 45, and I am from New York, the "higher cost of living" state. They don't tell you that gel polish on a gel fill is 35 dollars more, they don't even offer you the option to opt out. They just hand you the gel colors and tell you to pick one, and then horrify you with the price afterwards. My nails are all different lengths, half of them are crooked, curved and bubbled.

The reason I'm giving it a one star is because I hate the atmosphere. The Manager, John (his American name.) has got to be the RUDEST person I have ever met. When he is in a good mood, he walks around being loud and obnoxious. When he is in a bad mood, the workers are scared to death of HIM and are quiet. This makes me very uncomfortable. He is downright nasty to customers. I have heard him kick people out of the salon, and I also heard him tell one woman in a very loud voice that he did not like her! After yesterday, I have decided not to go there anymore. I have tried other salons and have not found someone as good as my manicurist. She's like a friend. I just can't object myself to his rudeness anymore. The question here is what could improve? I don't know who the owner is of this place, John only is the manager, but what could improve is him being fired and someone else take over that has a good personality and knows how to run a business. This man has no clue!! There are several people in my community, including one man that have stopped going to this business because of John. I wish I knew the name of the person or company that actually owns this business. They need to know that they just lost a customer that spends over $1500 a year.

They say you'll get a 15 minute massage with your pedicure but it's half that. They should use a timer if they are stating massages are a specific length. Idk. I get better quality from my normal salon (Absolute Nails in St Charles Plaza) for less cost.
