Kris performed at my daughter's 6th birthday party as Elsa in our home with another ~10 kindergarten girls. My daughter is really into princesses so we know we wanted to go with some sort of entertainment like this and Kris was such as easy selection. She has all the info on her website, does all the shows herself, and is very communicative throughout the process (e.g., we were texting ideas back and forth). She is also an incredible performer between the engaging kids, singing, dance parties, magic, and balloon animals. It's really a one stop shop. We weren't sure how to structure the party and she suggested all these great ideas from a special entrance, to when to give the girls a cake break, to how to integrate her show into the flow of the party, etc. The outcome was incredible, my daughter felt like Elsa actually came to visit her and she felt so special and Kris adapted to my daughter's and the party's needs. She was understanding, encouraging, and asked questions that helped me consider details I hadn't planned for my daughter's 5th birthday. When I told her my daughter had seen the Ms Rachel video and knows characters dressed up aren't "real," she was totally unphased and reassured me that she'd endeavor to make it magical at this special age. When the kids ambushed her before her grand entrance (completely my fault) as she was being discreet, she jumped right into character, ushered the kids in, and through every step, made the birthday girl feel so extra special. As a mom, the pure joy on my child's face was more than I could've asked for, but Kris just went above and beyond in the way she ensured we'd capture some quality photos (with and without her), helped us with the candles for a tricky cake, and led the charge so kids'/bday party activities were truly something I didn't have to think twice about from the wonderful songs to face painting to the balloons to leading the cake cutting and food. After reviewing my texts and emails, my memory is refreshed that I had agreed to pay the deposit to secure the date, however, despite asking you more than once, you never sent me the link to submit the deposit as you said you would. The question about pricing came from you being concerned about traffic traveling to my home. The event was on a Wednesday evening and you said you wanted to track the traffic situation for that time of day and then get back to me about a price that would include time spent traveling in traffic. I agreed that this was fair, however, after two days you never did get back to me about pricing, so to say it was posted on your website is incorrect for my situation.
