Horrible! spoke to the owner. Gave him complete picture of what needed to be done in the house. Just had the house completely painted and carpeted so none of the needed to be cleaned. Spoke to him on the phone about cleaning the bathrooms, some of which are not even , the kitchen, one side of the garage door, sweeping the floors, etc. I asked him to solidify the range of pricing before I drove two hours to meet him. The timing was important and they had promised to come give a quote and be there on the day we needed them to clean. When the time came, they were unresponsive and unreliable. Moving is stressful enough, but Magic Pro made is even worse. Thankfully I found another amazing cleaning company with integrity and reliability. After reading the positive Yelp reviews for Magic Pros, I called and was pleasantly surprised to have Fernando answer the phone and schedule a window cleaning appointment for two days from then. Fernando told me he would call me the day of the window cleaning between 9 and 11 to let me know they were en route. He called me as promised and arrived before 11:00. Fernando the owner showed up 1/2 hour late from scheduled time, I had actually called Pro Cleaners and Magic Pro Cleaning showed up. I was told they help each other out. Magic Pro Cleaning was using Pro Cleaning equipment, it broke down and I had to supply the tools to fix it, we are not at 12:00 and carpet is just starting to get clean, appointment for 10:00. It was a small condo with very heavy traffic area. Our carpet looks worse than every, it had a musty smell because it was so wet. The stain is very black where he cleaned and is now stretched out. I will have to get new carpet. He came back to tell me he would try and be there within a few days to fix the carpet. No date of when he will return or phone calls. . Took us for $200 worse carpet cleaning job ever. read more

Fernando was very prompt in showing up to give a bid for cleaning windows and carpets in our 2-story home. We decided to use Magic Pro for windows only. When we showed up as they were ready to leave, we were surprised to find water dripping from all windows. He assured us to leave them alone and they would dry beautiful. Well.....the next day I spoke to him as they had forgotten to clean off the window sills like he had promised (with de-greaser), and several of the windows dried all spotty and needed to be cleaned on the outside. Also, they did not clean all the screens especially in the master bedroom, and they forgot to clean windows or screens in 2 bathrooms. This home had been rented for 2 years and since they merely sprayed the outside, all the window frames or tracks were muddy. Fernando never showed up between 4 & 6 PM the next day, and never answered his phone when I called again. I called a 3rd time, and he said he would be over yesterday @ 9-9:30 AM - Never showed. So, that evening I had my husband call and just ask for a receipt and I GAVE UP ON HIM. I own 8 rentals in Dana Point and San Clemente and my property manager would have used him on properties if he had at least followed up and made things right - HE DID NOT AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I only wish I had gone room to room with him to check their work before they left that first day. read more

I have been doing construction on our home, the dust was beyond normal levels. I tried to schedule a window cleaning and due to the holidays seven other Companies were booked up to Dec. Found Magic Pro with a referral from a neighbor, checked out the reviews and gave them a call. They slipped me into to a very busy schedule and they mentioned they are working over time due to the holidays, but not to worry they'd be there and get the job done. I found them to be professional, respectable and and very resonable. Having moved to that area four year's ago, I found house keeping and window washing rate's extremely high in south county, compared to rates I got in NPB. Thrilled to know they have house keeping will be trying that department out next week. Will let you know how that goes. SHOCKED by all the great reviews. I relied on the 5*s and viewed the company's slick website before contacting Fernando a month ago for a construction deep clean of my relatively small, 2 BR/2BA place. I warned him there was LOTS of remodel dust and new stone to be cleaned etc. He said he had experience with deep-cleans and would bring a team of 3 or 4, vacuums and special stone cleaners. We confirmed a time. Morning of appt, I confirmed with him again. He was running late by 30 minutes -- no problem. 30 minutes turned into 2 hours, and I had a memorial service to drive to that afternoon an hour away. He finally arrived with just 2 employees, 1 of whom was on her phone calling and texting constantly. Only 1 vacuum and later discovered Fernando used my dishsoap to clean the new travertine floors (I even had stone cleaner but he had said he'd bring his, and I didn't check until too late!) His other employee, also named Fernando, did a nice job (except when spraying Windex to clean good wood tables) and was the only one who really did much, especially when Manager Fernando took off for an hour in the middle of the cleaning! Manager said my place was so dusty so he needed to leave to get more cleaning materials! Not so - the other Fernando told me his boss left to give someone else a bid, and Manager Fernando eventually came back empty-handed. The crew did little of what they said they would, didn't clean drawers or windowsills at all, etc. I could go on and on. I expressed my disappointment in how poor the work was, and Manager Fernando "dropped" the price to $300. I just wanted his team out, and I had to leave for the memorial service, so I wrote the check. Then I drove 2.5 hours in rush hour traffic. I was completely disappointed and hired someone else to do what Magic Pro should have done. What a waste! read more

Fernando is awesome! We originally hired him to clean our carpets when we were moving out of a rental a few months back. He was wonderful. Very cost-effective and the carpets looked amazing -- even cleaner than when we moved in! He let us know that he also offered cleaning services. We called him when we moved into our new place and he now comes monthly. He and his crew are in and out in about an hour and a half and do a great job. Even though they are quick, the house is still spotless. He charged us about $20 more the first time he cleaned but lower now every time once he saw our property and knew how much cleaning it needed and how long it would take them. I highly recommend him. You feel very comfortable with him there even when you're not. He will walk you around the house once he's finished to make sure you're happy before he leaves. He will also throw in a little freebie every time he comes like cleaning the windows or spot-cleaning the stairs. read more

I was looking for a new housecleaning service before hosting my daughter's bridal shower...and, after other companies missed appointments, couldn't fit me in or cancelled, I found Magic Pro. Their team came on time and did a wonderful job. The price for a first time cleaning was fair. Fernando asked me what I was most concerned about, then they did a great general cleaning and focused more specifically on the areas I had noted. I intend to start using Magic Pro regularly. My mom hired this company to come in after we had had a year of remodeling done in our house. Needless to say our house had become a complete wreck due to the amount of wear and tear and dust that amounted after the remodel. The amount of work that this company came in and did was amazing. They couldn't have been any more polite and hard working. I went to work one day and came back after an 8 hour shift and the house looked amazingly cleaner and way more put together. The amount of stress that my mother had with all the clutter that had accumulated was overwhelming and they helped her tremendously. They are very accommodating with the time schedule that my mom gives them and will be coming back to help my mom do more work.
