Could this possibly come out using PDR? (Paintless Dent Removal). I initially called a place that just does PDR but it was a little too far from my house and they were a little frustrating to schedule an appointment with. On a whim I called Affordable and they told me to come right down. Jaime gave me an estimate and told me to bring it back the next day. 24 hours later BOOM. That unsightly dent it gone. And the price? Well they definitely lived upto their name. But most of all the quality of repair was great. I can't tell at all where the dent was. 100% gone. And I'm 100% satisfied. Also the outside borders of my front windshield that they tinted was spotty. You can see several spots where they cut it to short below the defroster bubbles. They said sometimes they go away and sometimes they don't, it's been 2 months and they are still there, I brought my car back to at least get the 2 front windows re-done about 2 weeks after. They took 2 1/2 hours just to redo 1 window, the asked me if I wanted the other one done? As if they took long on purpose because they didn't want to redo it. Especially when the advertise lifetime warranty on thier tints. I said don't bother and left. Not to mention after leaving there each time i noticed a small dink/dent on the passenger side of my vehicle door when i got home. Bottom line is i paid $250 for tints that im not happy with , the outside borders of my front windshield look awful.​

Had a horrible experience at Skytop. We needed work done on our car. The transmission went out on…read moreus. It hesitated when the light turned green then wouldn't shift. We managed to limp the car home. Having been to Skytop a number of years back and happy with the service and pricing I decided to go back there even having been told by others not to and that they're very shady over there. I should have listened. We get home and I schedule an appointment for their earliest time slot which was about 5 days away. I explain what the issue was to the girl on the phone and she said basically no problem and would I need a tow? I thought I would so I said yes. Asked about the price and she gave me a tow price of $150 for only a couple miles town in town. We decided against it the day of the schedule. We get the car there. Drop it off and talk to another girl. Maybe the same one? She takes some more info and I talk about the tranny again. She takes down some notes. I then ask if they can take a look at the tire. One tire has a slow leak. She said well we can look at it but they don't do tire repair and to take it to another shop. Um... what? So whatever. We leave and she advised if they don't get to it today it will be the first one tomorrow morning. Ok fine. The next morning I receive a text message with a laughable inspection report. Regarding the transmission... "Possible transmission work needed - Take to a transmission shop." So naturally I call and question this. The girl on the phone said she can't help and quickly transferred me to the service department where another girl answered. I asked her to explain and she advised that their transmission guy left about a year ago and they no longer work on transmissions. UM SO WHY DID YOU TAKE THE CAR AND WASTE MY TIME?! Obviously at this point I'm prepping to go get the car and take it somewhere else. In the process of making those plans I get a text message from someone blaming me and telling me I was told on the initial call that they couldn't promise they could work on it but that they may have someone that could do the job.... yeah no thank you. Something's not quite right and since I was told they don't do transmission work I can't trust this. Who's this person that they may or may not know that may or may not be available for service? How is that anyway to treat a customer???? Naturally at this point I'm frustrated. So I declined and went and picked up the car. Never again with Skytop! I wouldn't have my lawnmower serviced there.

Frank's High Fidelity came up with high marks. I stopped in to see what they had available and possibly make an appointment. Jesse was incredible from start to finish. The 2013 Jeep I bought had a Pioneer radio without a CD player. I have a huge collection of CD's so it's a necessity for me to have a CD player in my vehicle. Jesse checked out my system and made a couple suggestions without pushing a hard upsell for their most expensive products. He allowed me to make the decision and he ordered my radio. I brought the Jeep in a week later for the install. While Frank the owner was installing the radio, Jesse took the time to show me everything else they offer in the shop. No crazy upsell. Just a friendly, "Here's what we have and keep us in mind for the future." They offer car audio and video systems, car starters, LED head lights, Weathertech products, truck side steps, and they install and service breathalyzer systems in vehicles for DUI's. Very busy niche for Frank's. Frank and Jesse went above and beyond to make sure my new Pioneer radio was installed perfectly. 5 stars is the most you can give for most reviews. I give Frank's High Fidelity 6 stars. Frank even gave me an extensive tutorial on how to operate the radio. He also said to come back if I have any questions. Now that's great service.

Got paid by insurance and I paid him $120 above that. He didn't understand that Porsche radios must be programmed to the car's vin. and after two replacement radios, 37 (the actual number) phone calls, and patiently waiting for 6 months for him to figure that out, on June 27th he told me to find someone else to finish the job. Since he started it, the insurance won't pay a reputable company to program it, and Frank, who could get paid for programing it won't finish the job. I'm left with a radio that still doesn't work, and no way to fix it except pay for it myself. After he couldn't just replace the radio, Frank is rude and abrupt. YOU should stay as far away from that place as only possible.
