Every question I have isn't a bother to them - and they answer it fully. The lotion selection is very good - a lot of Swedish Beauty products, which I really like. Prices for lotions are comparable to any other tanning salon. I appreciate the great selection of packets, though. Nice to try other types when you want. The beds are good - decent bulb strength and decent selection. No real advanced beds like I have back home in DC, but the beds they have here will definitely do the trick. You can do monthly, weekly, or points to use towards bed use. I opted for points and felt that you get a fair amount of tans for the price. If I lived here, I'd opt for the monthly, since that is the better cost option, and you get discounts on the products. Best perk - goggles, towel, and deodorant are provided in each room! It's little things like that which separate the tanning establishments from each other. Overall this is a great establishment - clean, friendly, and good selections across the board.

I've been going here for a month. I only bought a one month package because I need to go to the…read moredermatologist and I'm not sure if they're going to remove something so I didn't want to commit to three months, which is what you have to do for the VIP program. I opted for the one month of the stand up 9 minute booth for $140. They also have a turbo plus lay down bed for 12 minutes and That is $119. As well as a high-pressure bed which is $169. All of these prices are unlimited monthly. Twice I have been in here and the standup bed I paid for was unavailable. They only have one standup bed. Yesterday when I went in, they were working on the stand up bed I paid for and the bed was down. They told me it was going to be 20 minutes. I asked if I could use the high pressure bed and they told me the high-pressure bed was an extra $18. However, If you're a VIP member you get that upgrade at 50% off. Since my bed was not available due to no fault of my own, I asked if I could do the high-pressure bed at the 50% off. I was told no, but I could use the turbo bed (which, as you can see from their price list, is a cheaper bed / tan than what I paid for.) I'm sorry, but if your machine is down, I feel I should've been able to get the level of a bed at half off rather than be forced to go down a level of a bed. Needless to say, I won't be back and I'm glad it forced me to do my research. I found a place that's an extra 5 miles of a drive, but it's got newer machines, it is a newer and cleaner place , and the machines are fantastic and they offer Spa machines as well.
