Is it bad that I enjoy those 5 min a bit too much. For $19.95 you get an unlimited monthly pass and I mean who can pass on that. They do offer free vacuums which is a plus, haven't used them yet but I do plan on it in the future. i brought my car in for a very much needed cleaning inside and out. It was really nasty. Before I left I had done a check for any extra items. While they were doing the inside of the car one of the attendants pulled out a ziplock baggie that had $55 dolLars in it. The car was washed and polished well, the interior also but the honestly was Outstanding. That money could have been easily pocketed and I would never have known about it. Ugh. I guess I finally made up my mind (see below) & am SO OVER this place. They raised the prices & the quality/effectiveness of the wash took a sharp nosedive in the opposite direction. Not to mention the staff...my car is an '08 and could use a detail, but I really didn't appreciate hearing that my car looks like, and I quote, that it has "been through hell & back." Additionally, they wanted to charge me more for a detail here than they charge at the Lexus dealership. Get a grip, guys. Each Reluctant visit I go thinking "please let me get a quick wash and be on my way" I'm quickly annoyed and greeted with a bogus man telling me the machine is broke when it just processed my payment. This is gonna be my new place to get my car washed. I got the VIP service package and they really did a nice job. My interior is usually wreaked havoc upon by my two children who get food and junk all over the back seats, and these guys took a lot of time on my interior to make it nice and clean. I didn't mind waiting because they have these spray guns the kids can shoot at the cars with soap and water, from inside the place, so it's a great way to kill time, plus it keeps the kids happy which always makes the parents happy. I love this place. When I moved up here 7 years ago, the former owner lived in my building. I had an older Honda and they treated it like it was new. They coddled it as long as they could and were honest with me when it was time to consider other options. They now take care of my newer car and are very reasonably priced. They are convenient and can take care of just about anything. If they can't do it, they will let you know. Their car washes are great. I don't want to go anywhere else. read more

They sure had no problem accessing my credit card for the cash while providing no services. I suppose I've just been getting really boring car washes whenever and wherever I can get them, no biggie, but I've never seen a place like this before! I just drove my car up, asked for a thorough cleaning inside and out and they immediately whisked my car away and in just 15 minutes and $23 less in the wallet, my car is the happiest it's ever been. You get to watch your car go through the whole process through the indoor windows, which they make extra fun for kids with special water guns they can shoot at your car. Then they have - no kidding - at least 7 to 9 guys immediately wipe down the entire car inside and out in less than 60 seconds, then another team of 3 to 4 guys vacuum and shampoo the entire inside - all with happy smiles telling you to have a great day when finished. It's sad to have the give this place 1 star. It's sad because I have actually enjoyed the quality of the service and free vacuums. However, after obtaining the monthly membership package and cancelling before the 30 days were up I was continually charged for 4 months now. In that time period I haven't even visited. And attempting to get in contact with anyone has been nearly impossible. I have incurred interest fees, and the whole experience has been greatly disappointing and frustrating. As of current I have answered their 2 email replies, and have had to resend every email about 5 times. Hopefully I can soon update with a resolution. I would leave 6 stars if possible! I have been looking for a good car wash for a while and when Magic Touch was recommended, I went. It was worth the wait. More expensive than other washes, but worth every penny! I chose a higher end outside car wash but was really hoping to get a good interior clean. The outside came out sparkly (probably could have had the same results with a less expensive option) but the inside was AMAZINGLY CLEAN. Not one speck was found inside. They took out my weather tek floor mats and cleaned them, the blew forced air into every crevice, and sprayed each and every window (including the tiny blind spot window behind the back seat). They say the new system is supposed to be better and that all there employees where trained to clean the cars much better. My car came out worse then what it went in. Why change something that was fine before. They raise the price of the monthly and don't even clean the carpets anymore. Canceling my monthly after having it since they started it. Junk. Also the guy with the heavy accent and glasses who claims to be the manager is a pos. Never has the correct answer for anything and tends to blow you off. Very rude person. Reggie was the best. This is hands down the best car wash I've ever been to. Although I generally prefer the hand car wash, I am exclusive to this place now because of how thorough they are. The equipment is all new and the soaps and suds used are expensive. The triple foam machine leaves my car looking like it was just waxed. Also, they use a special spray tire black which leaves the tires glossy black for a week or more. The rates are very reasonable for the type of service you get. Bottom line is I drive about 20 miles to get my car washed here. There is a reason for it!!! read more

I would have given them 5 stars but they kill me on my oil changes (the last one was 211 dollars...yea that included direct fuel injection, new filters, tire rotation...but still). I love their oil change service, and they also fix minor things like replacing light bulbs, air filters, etc. They recently re-did their car wash system, and everything is by machine. The cost also went up a bit, $15 for an exterior wash w/ tire shine. I don't mind paying the price, but I do expect my car to come out clean. The blowers do not dry the car on the way out, and no one manually dries off he car. Today my jeep came out more dirty than it went in because the wash left water spots the car. In addition, all the windows were just as dirty as when I came! I called Magic Touch to inform them of this, and was told multiple people had already informed them. I was not offered a new wash, or any solution. After being a loyal customer for the last 5+ years, I will be going elsewhere. read more

It was time to get an oil change on my new pick up. When you get an oil change you get a free car wash. What a mistake,the car wash sucks balls ,it would've been better to leave it out in the rain. Probably the worst car wash for the most expensive price you can find. They used to be good. After the fire they turned it into an assembly line where they could care less about their customers. They used to Armorall the tires. Now they say it gets done automatically through the wash. Looks awful! Prices are still the same during Pandemic but they won't clean the inside. So I have to pay you to vacuum my own truck? I paid $120 for an oil change which includes a free wash. Between pandemic and rain for 4 days straight where they were closed...I couldn't make it there. Once again I am so upset. Brought my brand new leased truck to be detailed and there are 2 circular scratches on my hood. It is definitely, positively from them drying it. I just got it and it was in meticulous condition. And, if you tell the manager about it he blows you off and blames you and NEVER takes responsibility for their mistake. This is a nice place, never a long wait. Quick oil changes with a free wash. We signed up for the monthly pass and we go frequently. They have spray guns for my kids to spray the cars as they come by, and a wheel of free offers you can spin for every time you come in. When very busy I find that they can skimp out on drying my odyssey and I have had to ask them to dry this or that. There have been times they completely forget to apply tire shine so I make sure to watch as they work. All the staff are friendly. My husband gets oil changes regularly but the one time I did, I had my kids with me. You wait in the car while they work. The technician servicing my car cursed frequently in front of my young children to the point where I had to ask him to please watch his mouth in front of them and roll up my windows. I have not had my van serviced there since that incident. I just get it washed. read more

While it would be difficult to insult their cleaning service, which would be about a 3...the customer service is nothing but thieves and people who try to scare you. Yes, they use fright as an intimidation tactic. I went there once and they signed me up for a monthly pass without my request. When I went there they told me I could cancel at anytime except the time I was there in the moment. For some reason their clicker/bar code machine was not working and tried to accuse me of not paying and holding up the line. I told the manager there must be a misunderstanding on their part and he started yelling like a maniac and really causing a scene. I peacefully asked that we go in the back and handle it and he just got more and more aggressive. He then told me he was going to call the police (for what reason I do not know) so I thought it better to just leave and he physically tried to block my car from leaving. I was able to drive around him and will mail in a check for the outer job they did poorly. However, I will also contact the IRS to ensure all employees are working legally. So, if you want to be humiliated and called a thief by a mentally unstable manager I suggest going ghere, otherwise you have many better options. Today I went for a car wash and after my car had gone through the wash, the inside wasn't vacuumed but that's the least of my problems and worries with them. Coming out of the wash I noticed that they drove my car without care nearly hitting another car that just came through the wash. Then I noticed the cap to the tow hook falling off which they stuck back on improperly. I lastly found the scratch on my car which wasn't there before coming to the wash. I asked to speak to a manager who screamed at me, told me that it wasn't his fault that this had happened, and did nothing but deny the fact that any of this had happened at his establishment.
