At pick up I was told that they also didn't wash the sweater because of the holes, but the evidence is in the smell, it reeks of the detergent they use. Very shameful of them. The quality and quality of service here is terrible! And they use way too much fragrance and fabric softener. This is the last time I'll be taking my clothes here. I saw the note after I got home and found out the dress was completely ruined. She told me she'll ask her manager to call me and gave me her manager's contact number, and said that typically I will get a refund for the damaged dress.
