The attention to detail is solid, and she takes her time to make sure everything comes out right. She can get pretty busy since she's in high demand, which honestly makes sense after seeing her work. I'd definitely recommend calling ahead to book an appointment so you can get your items done on time. Overall, great experience--highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, high-quality tailoring.

DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED!!!…read more What I liked about this cleaners was the fact that they are open weekends which most cleaners are not, so I decided to take a drive here from Ontario to Fontana. I took my pants back in March to get hemmed and no problem. Work was good. The problem was when I took my second pair of pants this July 27th. I took one piece (one pant) for it to get hemmed and attached my original pants from back from March. I left two pieces one for sowing and the other as an original to copy. Well the lost my pants!!! I asked to have someone call me and it seamed like I had to be the one looking for them for this to get resolved. When I called the manager her name is Rosa, she had a bit of an attitude cause I was an upset customer. As I should be... she told me I had to wait 30-days to put in a claim. So who knows if my pants are ever going to be found. She claimed I only took one pant to get hemmed however, the ticket shows (copy original on waist and length). And she was very hesitant to try and help me and kept insisting that there was only one piece so my answer to that was (how can you copy an original on length and waist size if there is nothing attached?) it clearly says, copy original. If you are planning to come here, make sure people are doing their job properly because it seams like they are careless. For one, the guy at the front desk really should have put two pants. He should have been more detailed but it seams like he was in a rush. If you guys don't want your clothes lost, I suggest not to come here. This post will not come down unless this is resolved. I basically have to wait until August 27th to know if they are going to reimburse me or even return my pants. I asked her if she could check her video camera and that she would check. Let's see if this is also true. I will post any updated information as it becomes available.

I stopped by a few minutes later, they took my contact info, and about an hour later I received a text saying the repair was complete. When I returned, the staff member (a brunette with long hair) told me that not only had she reattached the two buttons, but she had also reinforced the other two at no additional charge. I was genuinely impressed by her attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I took the…read moredamaged dress back the next day to complain, and the lady behind the counter told me the young man who took my order was new and should have told me that the dress may be ruined if dry cleaned due to the material. when I told her I was not warned of potential damage when I dropped it off, and when I picked up all the clothes from him, he didn't even mention that the dress was damaged, even though there's a note, from the cleaning crew, attached to the dress to 'inform the owner of damaged dress'. I saw the note after I got home and found out the dress was completely ruined. She told me she'll ask her manager to call me and gave me her manager's contact number, and said that typically I will get a refund for the damaged dress. I never received any returned call from the manager. when I emailed her manager and left several messages with the manager, it was not returned. after 2 weeks of no response from the manager, I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company (thank goodness I used cc). bad service, bad quality, definitely NOT going back!!!!!

$46.75 to hem and taper (near the ankles of pants) which is really a strip of fabric that measures…read more9 inches wide and 18 inches length of the lower half of my pants (which can be attached or removed from the upper half of the pants. I was NEVER provided a quotation or estimate on the cost. I've gotten my pants tailored over the years for a reasonable cost (as recent as 2025), but it is a surprise on how it's double the cost of other tailors (Corona, CA). Most times I am charged $25 - 30. But this place is $46.75?!!That is highway robbery for a strip of fabric! I am shaking and feel elevated heart rate at how much they would charge to tailor the upper half of my pants? It took a few minutes to gather my thoughts and calm down from the cost of adjusting the 9"x 18" strip of fabric. At this rate, how much is a dress or a men's suit going to cost to tailor? I hope not getting married or not preparing your suit (or men/women office ware) for a job interview or professional work becomes the norm at these rates of prices. How is this is sustainable? Last year another tailor in Corona tapered and hemmed my pants for $29, the entire pants for that price. It's a shame, I live so close to this location and would prefer to support local businesses in my neighborhood, but I am uncomfortable of the thought that I might have to refinance my mortgage or declare bankruptcy if a shirt needs tailoring. This was the first time I used your business for tailoring and dry cleaning and it will be the last. I would rather crawl to another location outside my immediate neighborhood to service my clothing. Thanks to Kona Cleaners, you have motivated me to go learn the new skill of altering my clothes.
