She always did a great job on my dogs grooming and i was happy she was still in close proximity to me. I had heard she left and since I had a gift card I brought my dog there to try a new groomer. The groomer did a nice job on my dog. I have no complaints about her at all. She was very polite and professional and cut my dog just like how I asked her.. very nice job.. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the receptionist. She needs an class in customer service!! Very rude and unprofessional. Spoke to me very nastily. The other person waiting in the lobby told me I should write a review on yelp as she could not believe the rudeness either. I'm not sure who the owner of this establishment is .. not sure if it is a person named Shawn but if it is you might want to find a nicer and more tolerant professional person to run your front desk. Since the price of my dog went up 20 dollars since Anna left I was willing to pay but to be abused and rudely treated is unacceptable. Especially since there are plenty of other places to bring your dog that are on par with your pricing or a little less.. I will be taking my dog elsewhere .

Saul had worked at the Petco in Totowa, and when we learned that he had left, we didn't know where to turn! Luckily, after a little bit of detective work (Google), we found him at 7 Star. It looks as though they've just recently opened, but everything is very much in order. Saul is very experienced, and always a pleasure to deal with. He treats our dogs, and others' dogs from what I've seen, as if they were his own. Definitely give 7 Star Pet Grooming a chance. You'll be very happy with the results! PS: The building is a little easy to miss if you're driving by quickly. It's behind the, "Lightning Press" building. We took her to our veterinarian at Willowbrook Animal Hospital in Fairfield, NJ, where she was seen by Dr. Ilka Bott-Wentworth (Dr. BW). After examining Lexi, Dr. BW told us that she had injured her back. She prescribed medication and advised us to monitor her closely. By 1/6/26, we noticed that Lexi had begun dragging her back right paw. We immediately reached out to Dr. BW, who recommended that we take her to Eclipse Emergency Hospital. Throughout this time, Dr. BW constantly checked on Lexi and truly went above and beyond her duties as a veterinarian. She also communicated with Eclipse Hospital and checked on Lexi. Dr. BW spoke with the doctors there to see how she was doing. I would highly recommend our veterinarian, Dr. Ilka Bott-Wentworth. If it weren't for her quick action and dedication, Lexi could have been paralyzed if we had waited. The care and love she showed Lexi were truly above and beyond expectations. We will forever be indebted to Dr. BW.

Pat is truly amazing. We have two dogs, a cat and a nine month old, so most days we live in…read moreorganized chaos. We have had other "trainers" before but none like Pat. Our main goals were to address poor manners when people came over (jumping/barking), poor leash manners (pulling/leading the walk/leash aggression for one of them), and all around general behavior training. We wanted, and needed, help to rectify these things before our son became truly mobile. We emailed Pat on a Friday night and he called the next day. We spoke for over an hour and he reassured us that things would be okay. We scheduled a training session for later that week and haven't looked back. He is an incredible teacher; he took the time to learn about our dogs, our family dynamic, and what our hopes were for the training sessions. He began teaching us right away and showed us how to get into the minds of our dogs. We are five sessions in and there has been such a vast improvement already. We are currently working on walking both dogs and pushing the stroller - a dream of mine - that is soon to be a reality. We genuinely look forward to each session and getting to hang with Pat. Our pack was definitely out of whack but Pat has been instrumental in teaching us how to teach our dogs and reframe our thinking. If you are looking for a no BS, honest, caring trainer/behaviorist, and you are willing to trust someone, and put in the time and work, look no further - he is definitely your guy. Our cat, Hamilton, suddenly lost his balance and could barely stand. Our vet determined it was his ears and referred us to Animal Dermatology in Wayne, NJ. Who knew a dermatologist handled ear infections? Hamilton had a severe inner ear infection in both ears and was missing his right eardrum. Dr. Inga gave us the choice of using medications to see if that would help Hamilton or a video otoscopy procedure, which requires anesthesia. Since this has been an ongoing issue with our boy, we opted for the video otoscopy. She thoroughly explained the process and gave us the choice to bring in an outside anesthesiologist or have them do it. We opted for the anesthesiologist. We were given an estimate showing the low-end cost and the high-end cost. The procedure went well! Dr. Inga flushed out the infection and removed polyps. Hamilton was on steroids and antibiotics for weeks after, and his balance returned, and we could tell he was much more comfortable.
