When I received the vehicle back, it was heavily disassembled with parts loose inside the vehicle, disconnected wiring/hoses, and the engine supported by a strap. I also discovered my recently purchased battery was missing. I also never received detailed written diagnostic findings or a fully itemized breakdown of the charges despite requesting them multiple times. I recommend getting all pricing, authorizations, and diagnostic findings in writing before approving any work or financing.
