They did excellent work on my vehicle, I took my 2014 gmc sierra, had transmission issues and they took care of it very professionally and fast. Only took them 3 days which compare to other shop around the area where I have been before, where they take up to weeks to fix. But been having my vehicle for a little over a year now and it still running great. I don't know why they get bad recognition. The team there is actually very helpful and kind. They also gave me a very fair price to what I have been quoted at other places before. Would totally recommend here to come. read more

brought my 96 4Runner in for transmission repair, they charged me 2400 upfront since it was financed with surepay. They said they'd have it by the end of the week. That week turned into a month. Short guy, wouldn't let me talk to the mechanic, and he'd also ignore calls. when I finally got it back it had a leak and he said they were so busy and just told me to bang the pan a little bit to "stop the leak", of course that didn't work. I'm never going there again and I actually wish for that business to crash. read more

Worse place ever. MY ADVICE: DO NOT TAKE VEHICLE THERE , DO NOT LET THEM DRIVE IT WITHOUT YOU IN THE VEHICLE. Those people will damage your vehicle purposely so they can fix it. I took a vehicle there for a transmission service, the vehicle had no problem, shift very well. Without my authorization, they drove my vehicle out of premise for a *road test/transmission sabotage * the staff drove my vehicle in the road next to the shop where there is nobody to see the vehicle sabotage, but my integrated in-bord cut the whole scam. The video shows the driver forcing the transmission, attempting to reverse the gear while going forward. The manager came later to tell me that my vehicle has transmission issues and need to be fix before the service can be performed. The manager told me that my vehicle may stop working in a day, a week or months from that day. I looked at him and asked him to to release my vehicle immediately . He said that he can do the service but l will have to sign a waiver. I said negative. He print out a document saying that they did a 35 check point text, dropped the pan ans did some adjustment, none of that occur unless the driver who took my vehicle to the bush did something there the vehicle was brought back to the shop. The vehicle was gone for a good 20 mins, just imagine what can happen in that period of time specially with a hungry mechanic. I will take my vehicle to the dealership for a check and if something abnormal is reported, l will file a police report, a criminal case and civil case . Also looks like this manager use to work for an alignment place in cypress that destroyed my vehicle 2 years ago and denied it. Took my car in because it wouldnt go over 30 mph. I visited two other shops in the area...both quoted me over 3300.00. My final stop was my trans experts....they performed a 35 point diagnostic and determined the reason was a pressure sensor. The part cost 90 bucks and labor was 119.00. A three hour repair. After the repair...the car ran like before. Very honest manager. read more

I visited this shop a couple weeks ago in need of transmission oil because I was low based on how my car acting (I didn't have a dipstick). They said they needed to run a diagnosis so I need to leave it for 3 hours (none of my lights were on). 4 hours pass by and they tel me that my car is having some kind of transmission mechanical malfunction and they would need $500 to run a transmission diagnostic. I asked him about the transmission fluid and he said it was in there, which I knew was wrong bc there had been a scrape under my car that it was leaking from and before I got it patched up. I took it to Master Tech Transmissions on Cypress North Houston, all they did was drive it, said nothing was wrong and added the fluids because I was low. This place is a complete scam. read more

I was looking around to different transmission shops and i saw My Transmission Expert i walked in the door and was greeted By Mr.Mark he was very friendly and made me feel good that my truck was good hands. He gave me an update on my truck everyday and finish my truck in a timely matter. When it came down for to pay for the truck he insured me that they do payments plans. I will bring my truck back here and any other vehicle i have. I definitely will recommend these people to my family and friends. read more

Absolutely horrible service and over priced by almost double with half the work. They also installed aftermarket parts onto my vehicle that I did not authorize. Called the location trying to talk to the owner and still have not heard back in almost a week. The store manager is an absolute jerk with zero respect. I never go online to give bad reviews, but today I must let the public know of my experience with this place. I've own over 40 cars in 25 years and I never experience horrible service like I did at this location. This place not only practically stole my money, the sheriffs had to tell the manager to give me my car. I had to pay in full. $1,600 for work not complete. After 2 weeks of car being there they did not know how to fix clutch issue that they created. My car was running perfect, just needed a throw out bearing, they replaced it and the clutch, now car does not run. They kept my car for 2 weeks and lasted 1 week without touching it or fixing issue. The last 5 days that the car was there I would leave work early everyday and drive to this place to see if car is done, NOT DONE!! The sheriffs also was upset at the place even threatened to take the manager for theft! When I had tow truck pick up my car and take to another transmission place, the tow truck company knows of the horrible job this place does. They use to pick up warranty work cars. Work that this place did. The transmission place that I dropped my car of to now, also told me of how horrible this place is. I looked in BBB they had 6 complaints in 12 months. I wish I would have seen this. They paid a service to leave good reviews on google. The owner to this place received several lawsuits that he was forced to change the name making it look like it was a new owners. Same shady owners. I hope you read this. Now I have to do a civil lawsuit and I don't know how much the new transmission place is going to charge me to fix the car now. Not only I was over charged to do work, they also did not complete work! They are not professionals at working on transmissions! Be aware!!!! read more

Run! Do not bring your car here! My BMW 750Li has been there for and a half months they keep telling me they're waiting on a part but yet I cannot even get them on the phone. They are very unprofessional they lack concern and they have no compassion! Four and a half months rental car fees and they can care less! Do not bring your car to this my transmission experts place or you will be sorry! They are terrible! And did I mention to run not walk away from this place do not give them your car four and a half months later you will still be waiting on it and they could care less! I gave it one star because I cannot figure out how to give it zero stars it won't let you. Larry was the manager I deal with in the beginning and he will not return your phone call after you have paid your money that they require you to pay while you wait on them to finish your car so they replaced him and the new managers are no better they will not be concerned that your car has sat there for four and a half months! read more
