I'm writing to say how great this business is. I'll admit, when we first signed with them for our daughter's ortho work, we were concerned with their ability to support emergency situations because they were only in Corona certain days of the week. We had an emergency arise yesterday and when I called in, they only had people in Murrieta until next week, 7/24. What blew me away was, a phone call directly from Dr. Waddoups saying he would meet us at the Corona office to take care of our daughter's issue. This level of service and care is unreal and amazing. I no longer have doubts about the multiple locations and days in the office. This team cared for my daughter, handled the problem quickly and will have our support and referral to whoever asks. I would like to start off by saying that this is my second round of orthodontic treatment. My experience with Miles of Smiles thus far has been drastically different from the first time in the best way possible. When I went in for my consultation, Dr. Waddaoups was so kind and informative. He thoroughly explained what he was seeing and what could be improved upon. We went over my scans, discussed all of my options and he even showed me videos of what treatment might look like. I am seven months into treatment now and am very happy with the decision I made to go with Miles of Smiles. I also want to add how nice and clean the office is. The staff is great. Waddoups Orthodontics has been great up until today. I have 3 children in braces through Waddoups and during every appointment my children have been told to stop back in if any adjustments need to be made. Well, last appointment the power chain installed on one of my children's braces was not on quite right and came off on one side. This happened on a Thursday. The office is closed on Friday and through the weekend, so we ran over to the office on Monday. The office hours are posted as 8am to 5pm, but the only people that were in the office at 350pm were front desk staff. I was told that no one else was in the office and that I would need an appointment. Attaching the power chain is something that doesn't seem like a very lengthy process that could be taken care of in a matter of minutes. Every time I have brought my kids in their entire appointment hasn't taken but 10-15 mins at most to get all their work done. The young lady at the front desk told me she didn't know how long it would take, that it could take 20 minutes and that I couldn't just stop in without an appointment for the fix. I don't know if the office is overwhelmed with patients or if the front desk is filling the calendar with appointments that will take 5 minutes, but the options given to me for an appointment were absurd. The office is only open during every businesses regular working hours so in order for my child to be seen I would have to miss work and my child would have to miss school for something that realistically could take 5 minutes. I was told 8am a couple days from now, i work, she has school. I explained I could swing her by in the afternoon one day of if I knew what time everyone actually leaves since it is obviously not 5pm. I was told once more that an appointment would have to be made. She then said an appointment a week from now! At that point we are half way to our next appointment and I guess we will have to wait. The office staff is inflexible and must be under the impression that their patients do not work or attend school. I guess I will need to inspect my children's mouths completely before leaving every appointment because attempting to be seen in between is near impossible. read more

Just started my Invisalign treatment a couple of days ago. Dr. Waddoups and staff have made it a very pleasant experience. They've gone out of their way to fit my schedule and make the process as convenient as possible for me. Doc also just sent me a call/text checking up on me to make sure things were going smoothly. Dr. Waddoups is also probably the friendliest person I've ever met, and that's not an exaggeration of any kind. The Corona office is their newest location, their fourth, so you know they're experienced and successful. The equipment in the office looked pretty much brand new. Dr. Waddoups mentioned that they have an iTero Scanner in the Corona office now, so you Corona residents wouldn't have to drive down to Temecula to their flagship location to get scanned. If you're looking to get your smile straightened out, give this spot a chance! read more

I was impressed with the cleanliness and order to their office and all of the kind people that work there. Definitely an A+ experience for me. Our experience here started with the wonderful customer service up front. Grace was so kind and welcoming. We were getting a second opinion here related to an issue my son was having and after being seen by Dr. Waddoups along with the professional help from Pauline and Sally it was a no brainer to have the issue resolved here. After going to 5 consultations, I was told by all but one orthodontist that my son would inevitably need jaw surgery, no matter what they tried to do with braces. One expected my teenager to wear headgear to school, another told me treatments would last 4 years, and others just shrugged and said his overbite was beyond their ability to fix. Dr. Waddoups was our 6th and final consultation. He was a little bit more of a drive for us, but he immediately impressed us with his knowledge, his plan for my son, and the atmosphere of the office. He was 95% sure we could avoid surgery. We left that consultation and my son begged (literally!) to be able to have Dr. Waddoups as his orthodontist. Fast forward a couple years, and my son just got his braces off and his teeth look AMAZING!! We avoided surgery! His jaw is where it needs to be! I won't trust any other orthodontist with my other children's teeth (and eventually I plan to do mine as well)! Give Dr. Waddoups a shot. You will be so glad you did. read more

Then I went to get my Invisalign put in by Alicia and she was so kind and considerate about everything. She made sure that everything fit right and taught me how to everything works. This was quite a pleasant experience especially since I was a little nervous on the whole idea of getting braces. Dr. Whaddoup took his time to speak with me and clearly explain my condition along with multiple options. I work with a lot of doctors with my profession and his bedside manner is excellent and calming. The office staff has been great and have communicated every thing very clearly regarding scheduling, insurance questions along with financial questions.
