We have visited this salon a few times with my daughter, and unfortunately, we've had the same…read moreissue with our gel manicures more than once. Within just a few days, the gel polish started peeling off both of our nails. The first time it happened, we didn't complain. When it happened again, however, we returned to the salon and asked them to fix it. Since the polish had peeled so quickly on multiple nails, we were concerned about the quality of the product and asked to have the polish replaced on all of the affected nails with a different polish. We were told that they would only fix the nails for free if we used the exact same polish, and that choosing a different polish would require us to pay for a new polish change. This made very little sense to us, especially since there was no record of the polish number in their system. Gel manicures should not routinely start peeling within a few days, and when the same problem happens repeatedly, I would expect the salon to stand behind its work rather than charge the customer again to correct it. Unfortunately, the way this was handled left us feeling that we were being asked to pay twice because of a quality issue with the original service. I'm sharing our experience so other customers are aware of this policy before getting a gel manicure here.

1. This nail salon prioritizes speed over anything else. The Faster they get one set of nails done…read morethe faster they can move onto the next. So while you will be in and out, they lack attention to detail. 2. Don't ask for acrylic nails. They may do it but their nail techs are all mostly trained in gel x now and their acrylic services are iffy. If you don't want gel X, I suggest you find a different salon. 3. They seem to deal with a lot of customers coming back in to get their last manicures "fixed". I was getting my nails done there for the first time and 2 different people came in complaining about their manicure peeling off or being bumpy. (And then I ended up having to come get my nails fixed a few days later as well) 4. If you have any issues with your manicure they will fix it, at no extra charge. But of course this is more time out of your day and to have it done correctly the first time is preferred. 5. The interior of this salon is so cute, they did a wonderful job with the design and it makes you feel so girly and luxe, I love it. 6. This place isn't all bad of course, if you want a fast, nice looking gel X manicure they can give you that, but that's about it. If you need it to last more than 2 weeks then I'm not sure..
