Food are great! Quick service. Friendly waiters (probably the owners). We went to order the next day for more.

    Awaits... lots of parking

Attentive and quick staff Good location (for drivers), lots of parking Great wonton, lot of places have bad wonton: so this was nice. Kung Pao had lots of veg and grilled chicken; sauce needed more flavour Good find, thx Jurel!

Magnolia good luck charm ... let's hope C19 is over soon!

Stopped in for 8.95 lunch special.... Outstanding! I ordered Sweet and Sour Pork with steamed rice. It also came with either soup or spring roll. I took a walk on the wild side and instead of my usual wonton soup ordered Hot and Sour soup...wow! It was like take your breath away hot but addictive especially with the homemade crispy noodle they include. Large portions and could easily be a light lunch for 2. It's one of those places that is a goto for Asian food....

Being a fan of Chinese food, I can say I def. had better. Came here during our stay at Niagara Falls, and the place itself looked really nice. It's not like your regular Chinese restaurant, it looked clean + more modern. The food was okay, my favourite was the fried rice to be honest. It had a lot of meat in it, and flavour to it. I felt like the soup + chicken we got could have had more flavour. The service was alright, it could have been better. The restaurant wasn't packed, yet the waitress only came while taking our order and one other time after that.

Really craving some good Chinese food we decided to check this place out. Came in around 9pm the place was pretty empty except for a large group dining in the back. Most people were ordering take out or calling for delivery. We were promptly greeted upon entering and were allowed to pick a table to sit at. The tables are all very formal looking, large glossy mahogany tables topped with glass with formal matching dining chairs. It seems to be a family run business. Our bubbly waitress kindly handed us a menu and introduced herself to us. To drink we both ordered the Chinese Tea which came out in a cute white china pot piping hot. Since everything is served family style we decided to order a few items to try Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls - Juicy plump ball of chicken coated in a crispy golden batter served in a warm sweet & sour sauce Magnolia Fried Rice - Wok-fired rice blended with egg, soy and sliced onions. Choice of Chicken, beef, pork or vegetable We went with the pork which came with large chunks of juicy bbq pork. The rice was really good with a smokey flavor and large portion. Orange Chicken - Tossed with a mild chili sauce and fresh orange peel for a spicy, citrus combination I love orange chicken and Magnolia got it spot on! Ample chunks of tender chicken in a crispy coating in a delicious orange glaze sprinkled with chili flakes and garnished with fresh orange slices. Sooo yummy! Overall Food came out hot, fast, and fresh. Dishes were delicious, huge portions, service was perfect, even the owner came over to chat with us and asked how are meals were. A little bit off the beaten path of the Niagara hotspots however if your craving some good Chinese food at an affordable price in an upscale setting this place definitely fits the bill. FYI They have ample parking.

We have been coming here for a while now and I have to say Magnolia is one of the best Chinese food places I've ever been. The Restaurant Unlike a lot of Chinese places that can be tacky and overdone Magnolia has the perfect mix of modern and Chinese designs that make the place look great. They tables are a good size(which helps when you order a bunch of dishes) so you don't feel cramped which is nice. They also do take out which is nice if you just want to go home and binge. The Food There are tons of great dishes you can get here. My we love the Thai Chicken and Orange Beef the best. The Thai chicken has a great mix of sweet and spicy and is just all around delicious. We also love their spring rolls, the best I've ever had. Other favorites are the Kung Pow Chicken, Garlic Noodles, Chicken Fried Rice, Buddhas Delight and the Chow Mein. The food is always super fresh and presented beautifully. Another thing that Magnolia has going for them is their portion sizes. All of the dishes are a large portions. With 2 people we normally order rice/noodles and 2 dishes and that will do dinner and then lunch the next day. The Service Everyone at Magnolia is really nice and upbeat. The chef is a funny pretty funny guy as well. Every time we have been there they are always very quick with taking care of us and they are always on the ball getting drinks and getting our food out to us. The kitchen is really fast as well so you aren't waiting a long time fore your food. Whether you are eating in or getting take out if you want Chinese in Niagara Falls this is the place to go.

The serving area, the tables, and even the bathrooms are pristine. The food quality and variety is great. They offer all the normal stuff you see at a Chinese buffet plus extras like Maple flavored meatballs and wings. The sushi section is a little smaller than others but gets the job done. The desert section is incredible and you will want seconds. Try the maple ice cream! We went here twice in the short week we were in town, and I were a local this spot would be on my regular rotation for sure.

Was provided a hot lemon infused cloth to clean up prior to going up to the stations to eat. Cup never emptied without an ask for refill. Very attentive the entire time. We were sat in the 'C' dining area area. There were room upon room so there's plenty of seating. Each room with a slightly different theme. Ours had a wall of beautiful fish tanks. The dining area, food stations and bathrooms were all very clean, which is so important at a buffet. They even have gloves at the end of each station in case you didn't want to touch the serving utensils with your bare hands. The variety of food goes from everything you can imagine at a Chinese buffet like sushi and fried rice to American options like burgers and fries, to surprises in-between like New England clam chowder and prime rib. Tons of dessert- hard ice cream, cakes, pies, fruit, jello, even Crème brûlée and waffles. One of my favorite surprises was the variety of mocktails. Most places offer me pop as a mocktail or a Shirley Temple at best. Decent pricing. Father's Day special dinner menu was $50/pp (Canadian) about $36/pp (American) which is pretty great for all you get and that's WITH their high tax. I believe the refular pricing is about $10/pp less. A must try only 30 minutes from Western NY.

The place looks like a home that was converted into a restaurant with parking in the back but once you enter, you feel like you are going into one of your Auntie's places for an actual home cooked meal. And they did not disappoint! Each dish was made to order and took a short time but you could tell it was prepared by a chef with a lot of experience and care--just looking at how the veggies were chopped/diced you can see they put their energy into each dish. The flavors were really superb and not at all overpowering and one major bonus--nothing was over salted or over oily as you might think typical Chinese food can get. Our party of 4 loved every bite and finished all our dishes, no leftovers. As you can see in the photos, they make an excellent meal. Prices are also very affordable and competitive with anything near the touristy areas. So if you want a solid, great meal prepared by a true mom & pop kitchen that feels like a home cooked meal, you really gotta try them out. I asked them how business was in summer vs winter and they said it's tough when it's winter (less tourists) but they make it work. It's also nice and quiet/intimate so you can have an actual conversation with your group rather than try to talk over some loud music at a chain restaurant! ----TL;DR---- Pros: excellent Chinese cuisine at very affordable prices and great portions. Not too salty or oily. And super nice, friendly owners who provide great service and great food. Cons: not easy to walk to from the main strip but if you have a car it's an easy drive. Skip the touristy places and come here! Bottom Line: it was the best meal we had in Niagara Falls and everyone was full and satisfied. I'd definitely go back again.

Service was slow and there was really only person trying to handle everybody. We were told to simply write down the numbers associated with the meals listed in the menu because the waiter was too busy and seemed to have limited English. Although the waiter vacuumed the floor by a previously used table he was able to get to bus or clear that table left with dishes from a previous diner. So the ambiance was marred by the lack of staff to clear the tables. We were treated with an extra dish of four hot and spicy fried shrimp and took it home because we were too full to eat any more because we still had some lobster left over.

The hours on Yelp are wrong, refer to their hours on Google (seemed to be only open for dinner on weekdays, perhaps their weekend hours are longer). I got here as soon as they opened at 5 for dinner and ordered a sesame chicken over white rice for dine in. FYI there's a 15% gratuity charge for dine in vs take out. They make each order fresh so there was a bit of wait for the food and they also had signs around that they were short staffed. There was only one staff member taking all the dine in and take out orders and waitressing the dine in area. I can't attest to their bubble teas but I think they just make it when ordered rather than batch make a lot of drinks. They also had soda, water and alcohol for sale. The sesame chicken came out piping hot and I could tell it was fried fresh. The sauce flavor had a very strong vinegar taste. It also came with 3 pieces of boiled broccoli and the rice tasted okay. I'm too used to eating jasmine white rice at home every day. All in all, it was a good amount of food for the price in this area and I left feeling very full with at least a cup of rice left in my bowl.
