NEW Location in Downtown Ashland (across from the Plaza, next to Flip Burger)…read more This location is NOT A TASTING ROOM. The only tasting they currently offer is Kombucha flights (4, 5oz tastings =$10). That's it. IF they want to market themselves as a "tasting room", then they might consider offering non-alcoholic wine flights and/or flight tasting of the unique elixirs they sell by the bottle. There are already 2 other places downtown that offer Kombucha flight tastings, and they have more spacious seating areas and stay open past 6pm. I wouldn't come here just for that. They do have a list of beverages on tap (Dr. Brew, Moxie, Humm and more) and creative "functional cocktails" that range from ~$8-10 per 12oz cup (with ice). The 3 functional cocktails we purchased were tasty combinations. If you find a kombucha brand/flavors you really like, I found most readily available at our local stores for a fraction of the cost *in Ashland*. I like the idea of having one place selling all things non-alcoholic without sacrificing the fun and creative aspects of mixology. This place focuses on creative and health-conscious alternatives to the standard beer, wine, and liquor stores. There are lots of unique, handmade, locally sourced items for sale throughout the boutique-style shop. We have a special celebration coming up and want it to be welcoming for everyone. We prefer to support a LOCAL BUSINESS rather than order online whenever possible. We did purchase a variety of canned and bottled beverages that Chris recommended *fingers crossed* There is a wide variety of interesting-looking elixirs and "wines" available, but without being able to taste anything it's hard to convince myself to spend $6-9 for a single can of something and/or $30-50 for a bottle of something that I might not like. The prices here are about the same as seen online, manufacturer's website and amazon, so there are no deals or hidden gems here when purchasing full bottles. I do like the convenience of having so many health-conscious alcohol alternatives in one place. Chris is very knowledgeable, provided us with several suggestions and provided Excellent Customer Service :)

I've been visiting this spot since I first moved to Ashland in 2022, but I'm disappointed to say…read moreI've noticed a steady decline in meat quality over that time. Speaking, the brisket in the Banh Mi was unfortunately tough and lacked the tenderness you'd expect from a properly smoked or braised cut. It had the distinct texture of a pre-packaged Sysco-style product, or perhaps it was a cold portion reheated on a flat top without being properly rehydrated, leaving it dry and chewy. I understand that protein carries a high food cost, especially in the current market. However, a more effective approach might be to balance the menu engineering by leaning on lower food cost items, like seasonal sides or creative vegetarian options, to offset the expense of sourcing and correctly preparing higher-end brisket. This would allow for a better product that justifies its price point, covers its own cost, and ultimately helps the company's bottom line while maintaining the quality standards this town deserves. I'd love to see a return to the quality I experienced a few years ago. All and all, despite the brisket. The service was kind and friendly.

There are a few small tables as well as a separate room for larger groups which is where we sat with 6 people. We were given the tasting menu and glasses. The tasting at the time featured Willamette Valley wines from Solena Estate. They were a bit busy so we were not able to ask as many questions about the wines because we knew she was busy. They have a good selection of wine and beers in the cold case. It seems to be a popular place for the locals as the owners seemed to know many of the people. The tasting fee is $15 and if you buy a bottle there it is a corkage fee of $7. We thought that was odd since you buy the bottle there but she mentioned she tries to keep costs low so that helps the business. We didn't order any food so I cannot review that but they offer a cheese plate or crostini.

They have a Friday night guest pourer and they have wine Thursday's where they have a selection of five wines you can taste for a small fee. If you buy two bottles of wine though, the tasting is free. I LOVE and highly recommend coming to their NYE sparkling wine tasting that is served with a small food pairing...not enough for a dinner. This past NYE we got to try 8 different wines!! They also had a bucket to NYR celebratory attire you could choose from to wear. What a great time!
