We recently moved into a condo. The previous owner left it, in my personal opinion, not great. Dust everywhere. Toilets were gross. Kitchen... Well I did not want to put any food or kitchenware into any cabinets. Requested a quote from Maid Bright due to their reviews. Someone came out within 48 hours and spoke with me. We need additional work done on the house that is extending through this month (July). I asked the rep's opinion on if I should have two cleanings and joked that I am sure they would prefer the money. She blatantly told me that they would never want us to pay for the work twice and was honest and stated they would prefer to make sure everything was done perfectly the first time. I did still want certain parts of my home disinfected so, due to the weekend, 72 business hours later, I had two very polite women come in and clean out the kitchen and bathroom. Maid Bright's minimum is 2 hours of work. The two women worked super hard to clean the bathrooms and kitchen, which is all I asked for and then they even got to a little floor cleaning, vacuumed the stairs and some dusting. They did not stop or dilly-dally to fill up those two hours with my basic requests. The date is still pending (following reno) but I am very excited to have them back to clean the entire condo (full move-in clean) at the beginning of next month. Very happy with the work. read more

After a recent surgery, we discovered we were having overnight guests. My husband immediately began calling cleaning companies for a last minute cleaning. We were able to get a consultation and quote the same day. We were also able to get our home cleaned a few days later due a cancellation from another client. The ladies arrived unannounced on the morning of the cleaning and were patient while I got dressed. The staff was very professional and friendly. It took them nearly 2 hours to clean 2 of our 3 floors. They accidentally forgot to vacuum our guest bedroom. Since the rest of the house was spotless, we didn't make a fuss about it. Good service. I have been using them about 4 months. They are pretty consistent. I have had a couple last minute cancellations but recently they've been more reliable. I would recommend their service. I have a 3 level town home with 3.5 baths, 2 bedrooms, and a basement living area. I pay 224.00 per month. They have a sliding charge scale depending on how frequently you have them come. Monthly is good for me. I have 2 cats that are messy and hairy. When they do my cleaning they do all the floors and vacuum the furniture so it really makes a great difference to me. read more

They're awesome! I requested a quote 2 years ago when we first bought our house but couldn't hire them due to a scheduling conflict. That being said, the reasonable price and professional manner their staff exhibited compelled me to contact them again to help clean before we move. But they also make cool patterns on my carpeting, fold my toilet paper into little happy triangles, mold my hand towels into tidy little pockets, creatively arrange my 500 throw pillows and make uniform swirls on all accepting microfiber surfaces. Never had a better multi-person cleaning crew than this one! the company is responsive to all concerns the people are courteous and we are grateful for these service professionals. we experience a deep clean with them previously and are now switching to a bi-weekly cleaning because they were so good. They bring all their own products and cleaning items and leave our place is spotless. if there are any issues we simply call the company and they will make it right (as long as it makes sense). My husband has dust allergies and they dusted pretty much everything. I was so impressed with the way they clean the bathrooms and left them bright white after the grout needed a bit of TLC for a while. As a gift my mother-in-law purchased for me a whole home deep cleaning from Maid Bright. After a brief consultation to assess my house, they explained all the areas they would clean, pricing for everything, how they work, and what they do. We then selected a service date. They came over while my wife was home and did an impeccable job! My wife wasn't even bothered by them cleaning while she worked from home, and when they needed to clean the room she was working in, they simply asked her to leave for a few minutes while they cleaned that area, and then she returned to her work. Overall the quality of the work was superb, and all areas, of the home were made much cleaner. The house looked fantastic after they were done and the cost was very reasonable. We never really needed a maid service before but when we did we weren't sure who to go with. Maid Bright was recommended to us and they were definitely the right choice. For our initial cleaning, 2 very nice ladies came, put on "booties" and masks, and went to work. They brought their own supplies, and they worked non-stop for 2 and a half hours. They cleaned our three floor house top to bottom. The bathrooms sparkled, the floors were dust free, and even the furniture was vacuumed! Overall they provided fantastic service and we have just decided to have them come back every other week. We like the flexibility that they give us in scheduling and not having a contract which does make things much easier. A very good cleaning service and well run business. read more

I was skeptical to hire cleaning service as I thought that no one can do it as good as I - for my own house :) Since than, we have been using Maid Bright for about a year, mostly very happy with them. Cleaning is usually done under less than 2 hours, they use green products, cleaning ladies do great job cleaning. They are little more expensive vs hiring an individual, not a company. But we like to know that there is background check on the people coming to our house, that company is licensed and people are insures, and there is management to resolve any issues if there are any. After searching for a cleaning service online and on Yelp,my girl friend and decided to try Maid Bright as it had really good reviews and seemed like a very professional option. As two working professionals, it became hard for us to get keep the apartment as clean as we wanted and to keep up with all the often forgotten or overlooked areas (shower, blinds, base boards, etc.). After submitting a request online, I was quickly contacted by a representative to schedule a free, in-person quote. The day of the quote came and a representative showed up to our apartment right on time. She started by discussing the services they offer and then we walked around the entire apartment so that she could see the space. During this walk through we were able to tell her specific areas around the apartment that we wanted to be focused on during the initial deep cleaning that is performed for all customers (this was in addition to all the normal tasks they would do). After the walk through was done, she provided us a quote within about 5 minutes and we ultimately decided to schedule our first cleaning due to the professionalism and list of services they provide for each cleaning. On the day of our first cleaning, the ladies showed up right at the beginning of the two hour window and begin cleaning as soon as they got a look at the place. I was working remotely that day so I was home for the entire cleaning and was really impressed with the attention to detail and thoroughness the ladies showed while cleaning our apartment. They did a fantastic job and also made sure to hit all the areas we had discussed in the in-person walk through. When they were finished they asked me to do a walk-through to ensure that everything looked good and I couldn't find a single thing that didn't look great. Based on our experience with this first cleaning, we have ultimately decided to sign up for their monthly service due to the fantastic job they did and the reasonable pricing. I am SO INCREDIBLY PLEASED with Maid Bright! I had thought about getting a maid service for years, but always dismissed it as frivolous since it's just my husband and I in a 1000sft townhouse. I thought it was silly to pay someone else to do something that it only took us an hour a week, tops, to do. HOW WRONG I WAS! When I clean (as I imagine most people do), I just... you know, clean. Is the counter more or less OK? Carpets look alright? Toilet isn't embarrassing? Ok good enough... just don't look at the dust bunnies in the corners and don't look at the spiderwebs on the lampshade and don't comment on the fact I haven't mopped in a month because I hate mopping. Oh and don't open the microwave! FACT: Maid Bright doesn't clean your house. They clean AND scrub AND polish! They get all the nooks and crannies. They dust (I hate dusting!) THEY MAKE THE BED! They pay the kind of attention to your house that you never would because let's face it, very few of us say to ourselves "you know what I would love to do with the next two hours of my life? This is the first time we've ever hired a house cleaner, and we are SO HAPPY with Maid Bright! First, Ahmed came and gave us a quick but thorough in-home estimate. He did a quick walkthrough of our home, then told us about the company and all of the services included. Did you know the employees get actual salaries and benefits (vs. being 1099 contractors? I love that. Roughly 8 minutes after he left, my husband and I called to schedule our first in-home cleaning. Oh! Because it was our first service, it included cleaning of all the windows, the inside of the fridge, and the inside of the oven (which I've never cleaned. Don't judge me) at no additional charge. Yeesssss. As promised, we received an email confirmation 48 hours before our cleaning day, then a 2-hour arrival window email the day before. So this team did a PHENOMENAL job. I asked that they pay extra attention to a few areas (such as the baseboards), and they knocked it out of the park. The inside of my fridge is cleaner than the day I bought it, the inside of the microwave and oven are amazing, faucets and mirrors are spotless, and guys... My baseboards. PERFECTION. I have always preferred to clean my own home because I am very picky about what constitutes "clean" and I have found most cleaning companies just don't live up to their promises. Well, I have to say that I was amazed by the job performed during today's initial cleaning of my home by Maid Bright. I have walked around and run my finger across all sorts of surfaces that most companies say they clean - but don't - and I found no dust. I was especially surprised - in a good way! - to see the crew wiping down small items on countertops or nightstands, which to me is above and beyond attention to detail. In addition to the crew's great work, I have to also say that I had a great experience with Ahmed M. who came to my home to provide an estimate. I appreciated the chance to discuss my needs with him, ask questions about Maid Bright, and let him assess the size of my home so that the crew was adequately prepared (and compensated) for the work.
