I recently changed house cleaning service and I'm so happy I did. From the set up appointment for the estimate, to the set up of first cleaning, to the first cleaning the communication was flawless. The 2 member team "Las chicas de Panama", arrived on time, greeting me with a smile and were most courteous. Since it was a first visit i showed them around and asked for a 10 minute heads up call before they were to finish and I left. The Deep Clean was amazing. The team of two arrived on time and worked nonstop. I am a perfectionist, but could not find an area that they had missed. My house never looked better. I signed up for weekly cleanings. I have only had one. The team of two arrived and worked nonstop for 3 hours. They are thorough and GREEN! We just had our second cleaning yesterday. After the first cleaning I was so impressed that I signed up for biweekly service instead of the monthly service I had initially budgeted for. (They are definitely more expensive than other cleaners and don't offer much of an incentive for biweekly vs monthly cleaning.) Everything smelled fresh and looked amazing. I was so excited about starting regular service. When scheduling, i asked for the early morning time slot. We have 3 dogs and have to have someone home during a cleaning so the scheduling is very important to us. The cleaning was off to a rocky start I when I got an email 19 minutes INTO OUR SCHEDULED WINDOW notifying us that our time had been changed. An email 19 minutes into my scheduled time slot was not an appropriate way of letting me know there had been a change. Our day had been scheduled around this cleaning. I immediately called the office and they updated my file and said that we will only have first morning appointments from now on. We'll see how that turns out... When I got home from work my house looked good but it didn't have the wow factor from before. There were a couple places that still had dust on them but the floors and bathrooms looked great! (I'm amazed at the results they get without bleach!) The The feeling of walking into a clean house after a long day at work is such a relief. I truly value the service that they are providing and in the end feel like the extra money is worth it. Shortly after posting this review, Maid Bright called me to discuss my concerns. They were very responsive and professional, offering to send some one out that same day to address the issues I had with the cleaning job. I like Maid Bright's approach - including a team of only two who work together through the house. I've given feedback on things I'm particularly picky about and they have responded each time, making sure the house is cleaned to my standard. They are very competitive price-wise (and much less expensive than other services in the area). They accommodate/work around my dog and have accommodated my schedule requests. My husband and I hired MaidBright almost a year ago after our disappointment with a different cleaning service. The MaidBright team has always showed up within the designated time slot, and they do a thorough job cleaning our townhome. The women are amazing! I always tell friends and family that when the MaidBright team shows up it feels like Christmas morning because I know my home will be clean - it is a huge stress off my back. We hired MaidBright to do a whole home deep cleaning earlier this week. We are very satisfied with their service. Prior to the cleaning a manager came out to our house to discuss our wants / needs, pricing, and what a typical deep cleaning package entails. I like that they use all eco-friendly cleaning products, they use designated cleaning materials for each house, and they use a color coded system to differentiate between cleaning supplies for different rooms of the house (i.e. orange cleaning cloths in the bathrooms, blue in the kitchen). When Juana and her associate arrived to clean our house the next week they got straight to work. It was clear that they had been briefed on our specific wants prior to arriving because they addressed each of them very satisfactorily. They were very professional. We had a slight hiccup with our shower door accidentally coming off track during the cleaning. The customer service manager, Mahir, addressed my concerns right away and the maintenance manager came out the next morning to fix the door. Good customer service! It was great to have the whole house cleaned at once and my husband kept commenting on how clean it smelled. Overall, we are satisfied with MaidBright and would recommend them. read more

What surprised me about Maid Bright was the speed with which they got the job done. I live in a rather large house, taking most of a weekend to give it a full clean between myself and my husband. They sent three people who left the place spotless in four hours. The only minor problem for me is that the cleaners tend to rotate, so we don't get too acquainted with one or two, which would mean a more personalized service. read more

I've been using Maid Bright Home Cleaning for several months now and I couldn't be happier. Our home always looks spotless after the ladies come! For the first deep clean, we asked them to take care of some mold in the shower - since they use all natural products, we had to provide the bleach which was no problem at all. After 2 cleanings, the mold is completely gone (and the bleach is still available, just in case). It really gives me a piece of mind that the cleaning products being used are all natural and non toxic, since we have a dog. I had to write to recommend Maid Bright! In the past my husband and I have tried The Maids, Green MaidWorks and another cleaning service. Maid Bright is by far the best service. They did the best job cleaning our home and were very professional and responsive. For our last cleaning, at our request, they even changed our appointment time to accommodate my kids' nap schedule. While I believe they are within the normal range of costs for a cleaning service, they may be on the higher end. They are definitely worth it! We never have any complaints after they finish. I hope one day I will be able to get them on a more regular basis if our finances allow. read more

My wife and I have used Maid Bright since mid-2013. We've been happy with their performance. They originally did an in-person estimate whereas a lot of other cleaning companies only give quotes over the phone. This was a better option for us because our condo has an unusual floor plan. Since hiring Maid Bright, we've had them clean our unit twice a month and they've never missed a scheduled cleaning. They've accommodated us when we asked to change the day of a cleaning. Their rates recently went up for the first time since we've been customers but the increase is reasonable considering how long it's been since they changed their rates.
