Their by-bedroom flat rates were reasonable and easy to understand, but I still had no idea of the excellent value I would be receiving. The maid arrived on-time with all her equipment ready to go. I gave her a quick tour of the house and she was off like a rocket without hesitation. I was home all day during the cleaning. The maid was very polite the entire time and I found she wasn't at all a nuisance when she was cleaning. We were always at opposite ends of the house and she never made too much noise. Once the cleaning was done, my house looked spotless. I hadn't seen it looking that good in months. Based on these results, I decided to call Maid Complete once again and set up a monthly appointment. This got rid of the headache of setting a time to clean my house, and I have a much better time overall enjoying my living space. I have now had about three different maids at my house, and I can report without hesitation that they all did an equally fine job. I had a deep clean + inside window + oven. This is a very positive review! The cleaning team was timely, thorough, professional, and very personable! I have lived in my home for just under 4 years with cats. After their service, you would not be able to tell cats live here (or me - I'm a mess!)! The oven was cleaner than it was when I first moved in. My entire home feels different, in the best way. They left my bathroom sparkling. They vacuumed very hard to reach places. They were very respectful of my home and checked in with me to ask what I did or did not want cleaned. Not only were they very skilled and thorough, but they were both lovely people, whom I had great conversations with as they transformed my home. They gave me great tips on how to more easily maintain a clean home. I unexpectedly had to leave early, before they were finished and they followed my instructions on how to lock up my home to the T -- which I very much appreciated because I get a little neurotic about security! I highly recommend this service. It seems like a company that truly cares about its workers and its craft. They were very responsive via email when I had questions prior to the cleaning, and were quick to thank me when I expressed my great satisfaction with their service. They also offer great discounts on their website if you book in a certain timeframe. I find the service to be a great value -- it was about $300 for over 5 hours of cleaning in a 3 bedroom home by two people which totally undid 4 years of wear and tear from myself, my roommates, and my cats. My husband and I moved into a house and it was not as clean as I was expecting it to be. Our stuff was all over the place since we were still settling in from our move but they assured me that it was no problem at all. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. We expected a professional team to come in to our elderly mother's home today to deep clean as requested. We were told what that service included during our phone consult with the Manager/Owner. The two women showed up smoking out front of the house and reeked of cigarette smoke..They had no idea what they were supposed to do and NO idea what a deep cleaning included...no list to work from!....we were very uncomfortable with these women and decided to cancel service. We called the company to let them know of our dissatisfaction and were treated again with a very unprofessional attitude. No concern for our feelings or unhappiness whatsoever....the website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed....I will say that the Manager offered to send out another team but told us the team that he sent out initially was his best!....if that was his best than that is reason enough to NEVER use this company. We were still charged a $70.00 cancellation fee even after we voiced to him how unsatisfied we were!...The 100% satisfaction guarantee is not honored!...The customer service of this company is non existent and will NEVER recommend this company read more

I would highly recommend Maid Complete for good cleaning? For me, I'm not as good at staying on top of the cleaning chores as I'd like to be. I do the little stuff ok, but it's nice to have some professionals take care of business every now and then. I really like the easy online booking, and everyone has been really nice. I'm happy to pay a maid to take care of my less desirable jobs (you know the ones) and pick up my slack. When my clutter stacks up I feel antsy and even depressed. When things get grimy or greasy I feel gross and all those things combined gets me stressed out and I like having a company I can trust to get the job done for me in an objective manner. So in a way they clean more than my house! Big ups to Maid Complete for using organic cleaning products! I wouldn't give them a nod without that. This has the added benefit of keeping me at ease in my own home. Also, I know they offer good discounts for consistent repeat bookings, although I haven't used them often enough. We own a four-bedroom house in Golden. We rent this house to college students. The last group of renters hired Maid Complete to clean the house after three years of minimal cleaning. The task was daunting but Hope from Maid Complete was the unlucky one to take on this task. Hope did an OUTSTANDING job! Her co-worker had called in sick so Hope was on her own. She started the job in the morning and worked until just after midnight. The job was still not complete so Hope came back the following day after her scheduled next job. She worked tirelessly for another four or five hours. Maid Complete has some standard charges for cleaning. I feel the charge for this job was way too cheap. They could have charged double and it still would have been a bargain. I highly recommend this service and ask for Hope if you want an outstanding job done. read more

I recently purchased a new home and needed to have the place scrubbed before settling in. I ordered a move in/move out clean and added on cleaning inside cabinets, inside the fridge, inside the oven, and interior windows. Dusty was my cleaner and she was wonderful. She arrived right on time, was very friendly, and dove right into deep cleaning the place. Paul was the best house cleaner I have ever had. I paid for a first time cleaning with deep clean and pet add-ons. The booking process was all online and super easy. They send you email updates to confirm your appointment so you can rest assured that you are on their schedule. Paul was on time and communicated via text with updates throughout the cleaning. He was so incredibly thorough removing pet hair from all of my baseboards. He also cleaned my stovetop, which I didn't expect! I am 9 months pregnant and he even helped me carry my groceries up the stairs when I returned home. He clearly takes pride in his work, because he stayed until the job was done. I LOVE maid complete . I called them because I am moving out of my house in a week and needed help deep cleaning, packing , and organizing. They were very courteous and understood just what I wanted and needed . They performed all tasks exactly as I would do them myself. They cleaned up the yard , organized the garage, cleaned refrigerator and stove, wiped down all cupboard shelves, cleaned behind fridge and stove, deep cleaned the bathroom, dusted blinds , did the screens and windows, got in every nook, cranny and corner, packed everything according to room and even wrote what each box contained on stickers. I hired them for a whole house cleaning after a divorce and roommate with pets moved out. I had about half the amount of furniture normal people have, so I asked them to clean some smoke damage out of the shower. (Long story that involved candles and a four-year-old). Not only did they clean the smoke damage on the walls (which was simply to wipe), but they removed the smoke damage that my kid ground into the travertine!! I had been trying for weeks to do that!! I did pay for the Kitchen Cabinet cleaning, but they didn't clean my Kitchen cabinet drawers, not sure if that counts. (I asked them, but haven't heard back yet.)
