We were desperate to find a cleaning company to come out and clean our empty house prior to moving…read morein. We were out of state military on our way and wanted our house clean when we arrived. Frank was very nice over the phone and offered to see if he could have someone come in the next day to help us out. I was very thankful. We have a 1,500 square foot house. We asked to have them be sure to do the kitchen and our two bathrooms. We put a time limit on it of 6 hours and we were expecting to have most of the house cleaned as it was empty. They were unable to fully clean the kitchen and/or bathrooms in the 6 hours. If 3 hours were spent in the kitchen and let's say 1.5 hours in each bathroom then I expect them to be immaculate! This was not the case. The lazy Susans and the drawers were still dirty as well as the floor. The refrigerator and oven seem to have been cleaned but that looked like it. In the bath the tile was still dirty on the floor and my husband had to pull a huge amount of hair out of the tub drain. When we contacted Frank he said it all didn't get done because we put a time limit on them. I just don't understand what they spent 6 hours on? We definitely didn't feel like we received $330 worth of cleaning. I'll add pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen for size reference as well as pictures of what we found. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.

Nicole Harlick reached out to me gave me a quote for $425 we went back and forth about the house and I told her this isn't a one person job. long story short they did not give me a renovation cleanin. Also, she complained about the square footage of the house and it being filth! We just bought a project and it needs work. She was NOT prepared and they didn't finish cleaning the house. cabinets dirty, stove dirty, they left a I vote sticker on the cabinet she claimed they cleaned and she asked for more money prior because she got to the house and still didn't finish the job. I requested a refund for the additional money she requested and she complained. I was blown away by her lack of professionalism. DO NOT hire! Also, don't take the job without being equipped to do the work. I have tons of pictures of the filth they left behind. I would not recommend, I would not hire again!
