Please don't use Maid Just Right. Wish I could give them negative 5 stars. My laptop is missing after the cleaning service. I scheduled an appointment with Maid Just Right to clean my apartment. Two cleaners came to clean. I saw one of the cleaners cleaning the charger. Later when I checked my laptop box, both laptop and charger were gone. My husband called the owner and explained our situation. After that, we tried calling owner for 3 days but he didn't pick our call. Finally today he picked our call. He said that he has sent only one cleaner (Lori). But cleaner Lori brought an additional cleaner (December). It is unacceptable that an employee of the maid service brings someone not associated with the company for cleaning. Is cleaning service an opportunity for Maid Just Right employees to bring in potential risk? We have filed a police complaint today about the missing laptop. Hopefully the company will take necessary steps to find my laptop. Once I hear back about the actions taken by the company, I will update the review. But for now, it seems too risky to use this cleaning service. read more

We had easily made reservation online only several days before we needed a cleaner to come. I received several confirmations about the date to clean, which is nice. About 5 minutes prior to arrival, we got a call from December letting us know she'll be there soon. When she arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile and an awesome lady who was ready to work! For the time she was there, she hustled non-stop, and did so with a wonderful disposition. December was a real treat to help us get our home clean. Got my house clean at the last minute. Online booking was very convenient and was able to get the next day cleaning service. I forgot her name but the lady came on time and jumped right into cleaning. She did not speak much English but luckily i was able to speak Spanish. She did a great job cleaning our house and answered all my questions about products she used. She was thorough and spent time cleaning the house. I was very satified and would book with them again. The only down side is i would of liked an estimated time of cleaning so i can plan my day. Other than that all was good. read more

Came into San Diego to celebrate Christmas with 92 year old mother-in-law. Her long time house cleaner had a stroke and hadn't been available for months. Got on the computer to find a one time only, reliable service that could get the job done. A Christmas Eve party was to take place and the clock was ticking, 3 more days to go. Got my request in, quick response and confirmation. They came on the 23rd, a Sunday, no extra charge, on time and we walked through the house to talk about what was to be done. The 2 person team was quick and paid attention to our instructions. Then walked me back through the house to show me what had been done. I like that you setup payment before, no money exchanges hands. That it can be done completely online. One hint would be to do sq footage of house when including number of rooms. 5 bedrooms sounds large, but 2 rooms only accommodate a twin bed. We were very pleased and thrilled to have a big item on our checklist completed. Have a wonderful 2019!! read more

Terrible service. Made appointment for 10am. They mentioned that there will be 1 hour buffer time for traffic and parking.. Ok, not ideal, but understandable. Well, now it's 11:50, almost 2 hours past the appointment time, and there is no sign of maids, nobody pick up the phone. We are young family with a newborn. Time is precious. With this company you can not plan your day! Disappointed. Update: 12:30. Our appointment got cancelled by e-mail. Nobody called, nobody communicated. Just cancelled! All day is spoiled. Update: Nathan reached out after my review and made a good attempt to remedy the mishap, he ultimately took responsibility for the appointment mistake and sent someone out to clean my place the following Friday. They did a pretty good job so I'm appreciative of the follow-up. Seems very unprofessional, made an appointment for a Friday cleaning. I get a call Thursday saying they're at my place and have to reiterate that the appointment was for Friday. Guess what happens next? --No call no show on Friday and when I call to find out what's going on they tell me that they'll call me back in 10 minutes. 2 hours later still no call and I'm left without a cleaned place and charges on my card (which they told me wouldn't be charged until AFTER the cleaning). I can't recommend their service to anyone as they're likely to simply not show up. Stay away! read more

He doesn't address the fact that they don't actually send two person teams. And, he makes excuse after excuse and makes up things that I said in his response. He also says that they are "200% satisfaction guaranteed". First of all, what the fuck does that even mean? And, second of all, if there was ANY sort of satisfaction guarantee, never mind 200%, you would think that I may have a refund by now, as I am CLEARLY NOT SATISFIED. I tried the service for a few months (cleaning every other week, 5 appointments total). They did ok job, but nothing exceptional for $134. I left specific instructions to make sure trash was taken out and sheets were changed in the bedrooms, which were missed multiple times. On of that, I can do everything online (book, change appointment, view history, etc.) except cancel. How convenient. I would not recommend this service for the above reasons. read more

Not worth the amount charged. 60+ an hour for a deep clean that didn't happen. Stove clean added, that still needs cleaning. Windows added that never got cleaned. Rug that was vacuumed around but not lifted to vacuum under it. Professional, very nice cleaner, and on time. Cleaned full four hours but for the price paid expect a better deep clean. Keep it for a normal clean and add extras only if done right. Won't be using the service again Will also add owner and team did take my information off their servers when asked so super plus for that. read more

We've had about three different cleaners across a total of 4 visits and they have all been professional and done a great job.
