You're probably one of those human beings that will complain about anything and that you're never satisfied no matter what. This is my fourth time using them and they just continue to blow me away. These two girls one is Veronica and the other one is lupita, they have the most lovely personalities and you can tell of their quality and integrity. They are smiling all the time they don't have a bad attitude or demeanor is excellent and I want to tell everybody reading this that Mexican people men or women they work and work hard and complete and you want to know why? Not only do they have a family to feed but they really do take pride in their work. There's a saying when you do something and it is; you either do it or you don't. There's no halfway or is this good enough. These two girls were here for 4 hours and the company gave me a 30-dollar off credit for booking with them again. These two girls work so hard that I gave them $50 each and I'm not rich. I also gave each one of them a homemade big where bar of soap that has lemongrass and herbs and certain oils that are all natural each one of those cost me $20 each. These two girls were so humble and when they were done they left still smiling. Lupita was the one cleaning my bathroom and the poor girl was on her knees scrubbing certain things on my floor in the bathroom but she wiped every inch of my bathroom I didn't even have to tell her and my shower door and little hidden cracks but she did it excellent. The first time I used them they did good but I said I will try another company and it was like day and night. So the second time I use them and their quality was even higher than the first time and they cleaned my aluminum refrigerator and I was shocked because I cleaned it with certain specific things for it but it still left smudges and they got it looking like a mirror. I will not use anyone else never again honestly I am 100% serious. When they leave my house smells so good and clean and I honestly feel like I am royalty or they treat me like I am the king LOL. I have used people in the past that say they can clean and clean good and blah blah blah but the answer is no they don't. I just can't say enough about this company. They are just like you and I trying to make a living. I like how they structure their business in all aspects. I am a business owner of two businesses that care about my customers because in reality they are the hands that feed me and I don't want to bite it. I am only leaving this feedback and I left one maybe a year ago but I'm leaving it because of those two terrible negatives that people left. I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power! She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. She was very sweet and professional as well. The products she used did not smell bad and the scent was mostly gone by the end of the day. I was preparing a furnished rental for a new resident and I had lots of special requests for work that is not usually done. It hadn't been cleaned for months, absolutely everything needed cleaning so it was a very big job. Andrew cleaned the balcony top to bottom including the railing and glass walls, then he proceeded to clean the windows inside and out. He cleaned under the bed, removed the air vent to clean it and even fixed the trash bin lid for me. All the utensils and dishes were washed in the dishwasher without rinsing, so they were spotty and had food residue. They required a good hand washing. Alex was up to the task and made everything sparkly and new. She took care to put everything back exactly where I requested. She somehow cleaned the stainless steel fridge without streaks, made the bed perfectly and even folded the TP and put a fancy seal on it. They both worked magic on removing spots from curtains, the couch, the rug, the walls and more. They worked consistently, quickly and efficiently for many hours and were sure to ask if they could do more before they left. I would highly recommend them for doing a clean exactly as requested.
