What a fantastic company! I don't know how they do it but maidvip has got to be one of the easiest company I have ever dealt with. I came across them here and got in contact with them right away through their website. I emailed them during business hours because I failed to notice that they actually have a live chat system haha! They must have responded within about 4 minutes and I was definitely not ready. I should have asked them more questions in my first email because I fired right back at them with some more that I failed to think of. They were happy to answer all of my questions no matter how strange or obvious they were and I felt very important and that I was being treated like a valued customer, even though I haven't even hired them yet. When I did schedule an appointment with them, they arrived very promptly as we had agreed upon. They showed real attention to the little things like water spots on the shower doors and I saw them cleaning in places I never thought about like in the corners and tops of my cabinets. They really went the extra mile to make sure my apartment looked great. On top of the great cleaning, their website has a seamless checkout where you can book online with your credit card so no need to worry about having cash on you. I just used Maid VIP for the first time yesterday. I am not one to write a lot of reviews unless the company really stands out to me. Well this place is one of those companies and I wanted to give them a shout out. From the ease of setting up the initial appointment was a breeze. I spoke to a Chris and he was super helpful in suggesting what cleaning I should do. He didn't try to up charge me, which he easily could have done. I have a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom place and I told him how one of the bedrooms is my soon to be baby's nursery and that I had just finished it and it was pretty clean, so he suggested I just do the one bedroom clean. The day of the scheduled cleaning was also amazing. I had a lovely couple named Daisy and George come. They were punctual, brought all the supplies they needed, and were very kind and listened to exactly what I wanted. They even lightly cleaned the nursery even though I told them they didn't have to. They left my home spotless. I couldn't believe it when I came home later that day; how immaculate and wonderful it smelled. They even cleaned things like my soap dispenser and tooth brush holders, which other cleaners in the past haven't. Update: I have been using this company for a year and they are nothing but unreliable. Claudia and Concepcion do not come in the window that they are supposed to. I have asked Chris various times to make sure they are on time and they never are. I always end up sitting around waiting for them which has really messed with my personal schedule. And if they're not late, they're calling out last second. Like for today example, first they canceled my cleaning from the previous 2 weeks and they were supposed to be here from I believe 10-12pm , then it changed to 9 to 11am, and then I got a text at 7:40 this morning telling me they will not be coming because yesterday his flight got delayed. If that was the case I don't understand why they did not contact me yesterday? Another cleaner i want to warn you about is Jesse. When claudia and concepcion couldn't make, they had a different cleaner come. I ended up finding him going through my boyfriends box on his desk and he did the worst job imaginable. But going through peoples stuff? Top-tier disrespect. As for the cleaning, it's not the best. I've had to message Chris various times about things/places they did not even touch. I usually never leave reviews for companies but after dealing with Chris and Carla here I just had to say something. I have an extensive family living in my home made up of 2 cats and 3 dogs. They are quite the handful and as you can imagine there is a lot of hair around the house. No pressure to book a house clean, was very transparent with their pricing and policies and made the process to get a house cleaning on the schedule very easy. Jorge and Deicy were assigned to my house and considering all the other reviews mentioning them, I was excited to see the outcome of my first clean. They were absolutely WONDERFUL!! Definitely reminded me of my old housekeepers I left behind in NY. They were very thorough and kind, and spent some extra time cleaning out the inside of my oven (which I never asked them to do) but thought it was a very kind gesture for them to add that to my cleaning just to say thanks for booking with us. Just had my home cleaned Friday after easily setting up a booking online on Thursday and so impress with the level of cleaning I received from Betty and Julia. I consider myself relatively "clean" but I'm always worried about having people over because due to my work schedule with work this past week, I didn't have time to handle everything myself prior to a dinner party I had planned that evening. Betty and Julia arrived about 30 mins into the 2 hour window and were eager to get to work. Betty made everything super smooth. She asked me which areas I really want them to focus on and not to worry. I hopped back into my office while they started cleaning my house - 2.5 hours later, I came out to check on them to see how everything was going and couldn't believe the amount of work they did in that time span. I was dreading my current maid coming every other week. You couldn't even tell she had come. After extensive research I can across maid vip and had to try them based on the reviews and word of mouth. I was very pleased to come home and see they did not disappointment. Jorge & daisy came and were prompt, friendly, did great w my dogs jumping all over them, and my toddler running around like a crazy person. The best part was they brought their own supplies and I did not have to provide anything. They left my bathrooms looking like hotel bathrooms folding the towels so fancy. I found maid vip to be a bit more pricey then others, but you truly get what you pay for, and for me an extra $30 makes a world of difference for my house. I have hired a decent amount of cleaners that usually start out great and then fade after a few cleans, but not with Maid VIP - punctual and consistent quality cleaning each and every time! We are readying our house to sell and had Maid VIP in to help us with some deep cleaning. I've never used a maid service before but I was very impressed. He was fast, he did a great job, the house smells amazing and looks great.
