Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). Feel like I was ripped off.

I scheduled a deep cleaning complete with refrigerator and oven cleaning for my mother's apartment half way across the country, a while after the apartment had been treated for a bed bug infestation. My mother is elderly and her apartment hasn't had a deep cleaning since she moved in. The cleaners met my sister who let them in, watched while they cleaned, and inspected their work afterward. My sister has cleaned houses and her standards are very high. She told me that Veronica and her team did an outstanding job!! She gave them the highest marks and said that if we need to hire cleaners in future, these are the folks to get! On a scale of 1-10, they go to 11! Booking online was very easy. I asked multiple services for a quote for price and availability using yelp and Anthony responded quickly with exactly the information I needed. Price was per job, not per hour, so I didn't have to worry about unexpected extra costs.And they had a time available for the next day. Booking was easy! The tech arrived within the service window promised. (A bit later than the text indicated, but they kept me updated) I hadn't realized that the electricity got cut off the day before, but she was a champ about it and got the job done anyway. Friends let us stay at their home in Dallas for a few weeks while we were there on business and we wanted to leave it as clean as possible. Booked Maids 2 Match online, and they got there in time. And secondly it was for, as the reply from the vendor states correctly, a deep clean not a recurring cleaning every month so the comment I made about purposely inflating the cost and not wanting the work was a mistake on my part. These differences most likely have to do with their fixed costs of doing the job to their standards. I apologize to Cotton Brothers for my mistake. I am revising the review rating to four stars but as you can see it still shows 5 stars. And here's why: They still lose a star for their higher prices in a competitive business. That said I am also adding back that fifth star because they took the time and followed up, had kept their quote and if we weren't on a strict budget would most likely have accepted this offer just because they sincerely want to grow their business, have the confidence to push back and have the facts to back it up.
