My house was pretty darn clean once Maids 2 Match was done. If I remember correctly my estimated amount of time for my deep clean was close to 7 hours and they were able to finish in under 5 hours! Website was intuitive and easy to book through. They give you a 2 hour range of when the cleaner will arrive and they texted me and let me know when they would arrive (right on time)! My one and only con/criticism would be that the price you pay for a deep clean on your home should automatically include dusting all blinds (I get not cleaning all the windows but dusting should be done with a deep clean). However that is a separate price. I didn't select it because I did feel I was already paying a lot and didn't think I should pay extra for that service. I do think it should be included in the deep clean price. Everything they cleaned was left sparkling. I really don't think my home has ever truly been this clean! I am very happy with the work Maids 2 Match did. We moved into a new house which was supposed to be clean but wasn't. Maids 2 Match to the rescue! They came out the day after I called and did a fantastic job! There were some things such as some shelves and baseboard and kitchen tile that didn't look clean. I asked them about it. They had cleaned them but they needed to be painted! Apparently the previous owners didn't clean very well for years. I tried cleaning these areas they had cleaned and I couldn't get them clean either. The house needs to be painted! M2M recommended kitchen tile be cleaned with a high powered hose that steam cleaners have. After they left, I felt much better about being in the house. I highly recommend them M2M! read more

Went to visit my family in Texas and saw that they use Maids 2 Match. I've never seen their home so clean before (not that they're a mess or anything). My aunt and uncle are super busy and are always on the road. I was kind of shocked to see that they even allowed people in their home to clean since they are very private, but when I asked them about it they were RAVING on how wonderful the service is. I am so pleased with the service I was provided. The website is user friendly and it was a simple process when making the appointment. The cleaner was punctual and professional. She spent a total of 2hrs cleaning my 900sq. Ft apartment leaving it spotless. Saturday mornings can get hectic. I found comfort in not having to worry about Saturday chores. Maria did a most excellent job of house cleaning. The house was neat and not particularly dirty with only two people living there, but the cleaning was quite thorough. She understood our needs and did exactly what we wanted. As for the 2 hour scheduling time, we were emailed a more precise time in the morning, so there was really no waiting around. ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY- the list of problems we experienced is almost too lengthy to type. I would like to preface this by saying I am more than willing to put up with bad customer service- I've worked in the service industry many years and understand how frustrating it can be, especially in our area, however, this was so bad I genuinely feel like was stolen from. Prior to showing up, they called us several times to confirm we wanted the service we paid for, explaining that it was typically used for houses with active construction, so we may want to downgrade to the deep clean and only have one cleaner instead of the two we originally requested (conveniently the same price anyway.) No problem we thought, makes sense. They then showed up with two people, despite what they had explained just 30 minutes earlier, and called again to tell us that actually their one cleaner had decided they would in fact need the two we originally asked for (I guess they didn't see the ring doorbell?) and that they would have to charge more than double what we had already paid. We politely said that was not going to work, and that it was a bit confusing why we were now being asked to pay more for what was, as far as I could understand, the service we initially paid for anyway- keep in mind, we had pre-cleaned our relatively small house (wiping down counters, picking up general mess, etc.) and only wanted half the house cleaned. After arguing with them for about an hour we agreed to the same price, but half the time, since there were two cleaners, because we clearly weren't making any headway and had unfortunately prepaid. As long as they get the job done, we can live with it, we thought. To be completely honest, I'm not even sure what they did. They managed to clean one bathroom, but left majority of what we wanted cleaned untouched, and even somehow made a bigger mess in the living room? This obviously frustrated us to no end after having conceded money just for the sake of not having to argue with them, so we sent them pictures of what had been done and what had not been done. They very quickly responded and told us that was not how the standard they had and that they would have them come out to finish the job as soon as possible. After telling them that quite frankly we wanted nothing to do with them at this point, they began bargaining with us for a discount. Absolutely awful experience through and through, genuinely may start my own cleaning company if people can seriously get away for charging this much for this little. Might just offer to pay the our three year olds a few bucks to clean because they'd do about the same job. read more

We had a great experience! I love when things like this are easy! We did a move-in cleaning after we bought our new house. We had to change the date of the cleaning several times, and communicating this to home office was actually easy. Also, they showed up on the right day at the right time. The maids did an amazing job. Everything was clean and sparkly. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the cleaner. It dissipated after a couple of hours, so it wasn't a huge deal. Maybe offer an option for an unscented type cleaner for those of us with sensitive noses? We would definitely use them again! read more

We've been using Maids 2 Match for about 3-4 months now for a monthly deep cleaning of our house and have been really impressed. Yanet does an extremely thorough job in a way that we did not experience with a prior cleaning service. We tend to keep our house pretty clean / orderly in general and so wanted someone who would come in and pay attention to all of the particulars (cleaning baseboards, dusting fan blades, vacuuming in corners and under furniture, deep bathroom cleaning, etc).
