This was has been an ongoing litigation since 2017 that I have spend many hundreds of hours on, many thousands in filing fees, and was worth approx. $2M. What do you want?" he asks me, "a refund?" So if you had any last minute Xmas gifts ( or any other important mail or packages) that would have arrived Dec 23 or Dec 24, without warning they announced they were closed for two weeks with no way of getting your mail or packages. At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust.
