I came in for a passport photo 2 years ago but and the passport photo was for a different country. So like the multiple places that denied me service, they did not have the proper background color(red) so the owner chose to put pieces of paper together to make a red background. They easily could have said "no" to a cheap transaction. It was amazing customer service, showed dedication and I recommend this place to anyone! Been using this mom & pop business for mailing packages for many years and always have received top notch customer service whether it is helping with packaging, shipping rates, tracking etc. Rita and Paul are always eager to help with every aspect of their business. PO Box service is great, often my larger packages are waiting for me on the counter by the time I walk from the door to the counter. Prices are very fair, and Rita and Paul are extremely knowledgeable about all the services they provide. First time here to drop off the package the Indian women face was like I Own her million dollars. She told me rudely that I cannot drop off the small package in the back I have to go to front. I've been here several times for the notary public. There's barely any lines in the afternoon. They were nice and efficient. They made me a few copies without charge. Also, they didn't mind making multiple copies till I was satisfied with the clarity of the copy. They also took my certified mail, which saved me a trip to the post office across the street. Came in to get a notary only to realize I had left the papers at work (my bad). Told the worker that I would get my notary through them if he lets me print 2 pages of paper, just 2 sheets of good old 8 1/2 x 11 paper. He said okay..for $2! Awful customer service! Not unless you're there to spend your money, you won't get good service. I went in one day to check my p.o. box mail, but found out I was due for payment in order to extend my box rental. I asked the man to check if I had any big envelopes, he said he's wife was the only one who could check and she was not in. I thought to myself....really?!!! What he should've said was....you need to pay for box before I check for your mail. I was so upset, I just walked out. Well a couple days later I returned in the morning, hoping to find the wife because she doesn't seem to be rude like he is. Well no luck, the man was there again! I told him I was there to make a payment on my box, which he quickly accepted, when I asked him to check for my mail all of a sudden he was able to. Anyhow, we were unhappy with mail & more, so three months after that, I came in to cancel our box & return the key. Again, the wife wasn't there so I was assisted by the man:( He seemed bothered when I told him I was there to close the box, I handed him key and all he said was OK. I stood there waiting for my key deposit refund, but instead he starred at me like....ok, you're done here. So I had to ask him...."don't a get a refund on my key deposit?" I went there to drop off the UPS boxes, and she's not willing to help me at all, ask me to carry those boxes to her and let me write down the tracking number and move all the boxes to the back, is that supposed the store job ? Horrible and liar. I called on yesterday morning before I went to the store for notary price checks. The front desk male staff told me $10 per each document. I went to the store for notary services at 5:35pm and the front desk male staff told me $10.00 per person and per signature. He lied. I asked him why he told me in the morning for $10.00 per document. He said he didn't say anything when we stepped in the store. Don't go to this store. Let this store close and/or bankrupt at the earliest possible. They are so so so dishonest. read more
