I asked again because it seemed way too high. He then said there is a one dollar difference. I still didn't believe him. I left and went to the post office down the street. It was a $6 difference. I've had my mailbox for 10 years. I bought it when the management was efficient and polite. The new management sucks. They yell at you if you forget something, clearly not understanding how people in the SERVICE industry are supposed to act. If you drop your spoon in the restaurant, do you expect the waiter to yell at you when you ask for another one? I didn't think so. They misplace your packages. About once a week I'll ask them if they have any packages for me, and they will say no. I will ask them to double check, and they would say no and that they are done for the day. An hour later I check back and there it is. Usually they placed it in the wrong bin. I've had a 24 hour delay on a package of documents this week. These documents are extremely time sensitive and costs me $53 a day. That's money down the drain because they screwed up. You can be rude, or you can be bad at your job. I'll tolerate one of the two. I went here for a live scan he quoted me over the phone $74, when I got there he said $99. He should of not gave me that amount of the phone if he wasn't sure. I prefer to go to locally owned businesses, but this place is ridiculous! I dropped a package off for pick up over a week ago. I found out it never got to the final destination so when I went back to the store to talk to someone the man behind the counter was dismissive and said check with the shipping company. They never scanned it or picked it up. I called the store again just to see if they would look around for it and the woman said she wouldn't talk to me, only to the shipping company. My package probably got stolen and by the way they have been treating me I bet this isn't the first package that's been lost. I don't even mind it being stolen, but they didn't have to be so hostile. I needed to get a live scan.. and After all the great reviews i read I thought this place was gonna be a breeze.. WRONG! He said I needed to print a form and I asked if I could do it here. He said Im supposed to do it at home?? then I walked away and realized they offer computers and printers for rent. So I asked him if I can print here.. he said I would have to rent a cpu. I said ok. I looked up forms and printed one and then he said it was the wrong one. The he disclosed he's got forms but he wants to charge me $3.99 for a copy? So I said ok.. And $60 for the live scan? I said ok.. so after filling out the proper forms I handed to him. He then continued to help other customers and answer other calls while I waited. He told me go ahead and sit down.. ( obviously cuz he wasn't finishing my live scan.. actually he was doing everything else but my live scan.. ) it's not that hard.. enter the info and scan my fingerprint! I came here for a live scan for the Professional Engineer's license. There was no line so the service was pretty quick. I was able to finish in about 15 minutes. The rolling fee was $25.00, which didn't include the state or federal fees. The owner is very kind, helpful, and patient so I recommend this place if you need a live scan. read more
