Very rude service. A price was clearly marked on an office item and shown. Not only was the price not honored but the man (Indian descent) was rude by ripping up the package. This spot has been open since I can remember and has changed owners over the years. The new owners are very nice, helpful and friendly. Not only do they have mail boxes, bill pay and packaging/mailing services.....they have a wide selection of pop up cards that I have given to people on their birthdays and they love it!! They also have little Asian knick-knacks and trinkets and decorations in their shop!!! I have bought Chinese key chains for friends and they loved it. Come by if you are looking to buy a little gift for someone!! The owner was nice enough to allow me to take pictures of the little gifts and decors that they sell. Wow. Buyer beware! I went in to buy stamps and was told that stamp price for 2020 increased to 65 cents per stamp. When I returned to my office, I googled the current rate which is only 55 cents. So I called the Mail Mart. I was told that their profit is 10 cents per stamp. That's ridiculous. Don't buy stamps at this place, they are deceiving. read more

We had an issue with a package that was dropped off for ups. Called to speak to manager / owner and the lady that claimed to be was super rude. Didn't want to resolve the concern about if the package was indeed actually picked up by ups as there was no tracking history. Basically didn't want to help track down what happened to it in her store and even hung up the phone on me. So disappointed with this level of non customer service.
