Saturday, 2-08-2025: I pretty much come in here often to pick up my mail & packages. They continue to offer superb customer service. If I have packages they already have them out for me to collect by the time I enter. Package notifications are sent via email, which makes it very convenient. No more stolen items! So take that porch pirates! Today Tracy was there & it was getting close to 5:00 pm. She is absolutely the best and so is Corinne, Samantha, and another sweet lady , whose name I haven't captured. Great customer service and very friendly staff! We've had our motorhome there for a year and a half and appreciate the friendly staff in clean surroundings. We actually had somebody hit our motorhome and they reported it and the staff got back to us quickly so that way we could get the damage fixed. Very impressed with all they do. read more

I really like the place and the employees. The storage units are well maintained, they play music throughout which is a nice touch. They also do mailing services, notary and P.O. Boxes. The employees are crazy nice and they even have a bathroom that you can access even if the office is closed. The place is also very secure, well lite and there are even a few flatbed dolly's to help you unload. The prices are better than any other storage facilities in the area. Definitely would recommend this facility to anyone in the area. read more

I can't speak to the self-storage, because we only use the postal mailboxes. That said, I am so thankful for our postal box at Vail Ranch. We live in a rural area and the post office fails us habitually in delivering correctly or having a box available for parcels. We decided to get mailbox with Vail Ranch and have always had a wonderful experience. Tracey and Lisa are awesome and work so well as a team; there's a ton of mail and packages that come through everyday and they're always on top of things and organized. read more

This place is awesome!! I do not hand out five stars too often, so this place really impresses me!! Any time I have to ship something or have my documents notarized, this is the only place I will go. I have tried other places in town and was not satisfied for various reasons, but mostly due to customer service. Unlike the other places, the customer service here is always top notch. They are very friendly and will bend over backwards to help you out. They also have personal mailboxes available and of course, it is a self-storage place. If you have an extensive wine collection, they have climate controlled storage areas available. If you think you need to go to one of those corporate mail box/ shipping centers, I hope you change your mind. Once you come in, you won't be disappointed. read more

I been using Vail Ranch for my mailbox provider for over 10 years and they are the best. I must say first and foremost that Vail Ranch Storage is the place I would recommend to anyone in the area for packaging and shipping. I went there on referral to help with a highly sensitive piece of electronics. Not only was the electronics treated with care but Corrine was fantastic with understanding my needs and packing it better than I have ever seen anyone pack something. She thought ever way the package could be damaged and created a solution. Everything from anti-static packing to worries of damage from careless handlers and rouge packages . I've had nothing but great positive one on one encounters with every employee here and have never had any problems. No one there is lazy and they are always willing to help with anything. i don't have anything stored at this place however i use their counter for shipping. it is like going to UPS, FEDEX, and the post office all in one. they will ship anywhere and find you the best carrier with the best rate. they will also give great advice on your packaging. they are friendly, professional, and patient. read more

Vail Ranch Self Storage, besides being a self storage provider, also has mail boxes available (something like P.O. boxes) where I have arranged to have all my mail sent for the past several years. I feel that the fee for this service is extremely fair, especially considering what an amazing service you get. Absolutely every employee at Vail Ranch Self Storage goes above and beyond to help you when you walk in, with a great attitude, I might add!! They provide a myriad of services in regards to packaging and shipping (and do most of the work like printing out the address labels and have even helped me pack various items and taped up the box for me on numerous occasions!!!). They work with Fed-X, UPS, and the USPS, to name a few. The staff is wonderfully friendly, fast and efficient! In fact, they have totally spoiled me with their A+ service and, frankly, I can't imagine going anywhere else for my mailing needs.
