I've actually been charged $1 (cash only) to return a package, which is inconvenient since I hardly ever carry cash. I rarely have Amazon returns and the last one I had I dropped off at Kohl's. This time Kohl's wasn't an option. After looking at reviews, I decided to give this location a shot. It's located near Panera Bread off Hwy 99. The employees were friendly, courteous and professional. One employee actually held the door open for me as I retrieved my package from the backseat of my car. So nice! As I walked up to the counter I was greeted with a smile and asked how my day was going. I've never encountered this at the other store. I told him I just had an Amazon return. He said no problem, scanned my return QR code, then handed me a return receipt. Painless experience. No extra fees or hassle for my package return. This will definitely be the UPS Store my husband and I will use for future services. Highly recommend.

It took me more than 50 years to collect...they took it to the dump. A priceless oriental table went to the dump. An antique wooden, newly painted, porch slider...it went to the dump, too. I know it's only stuff to some, but is was my stuff, I spent a lifetime collecting it and it was up to me to dispose of, not some mover with the IQ of a tree stump. Finally, the only thing offered as compensation was some used furniture they had hanging around to replace what was lost. In other words, I can sit on a tack and spin or hold my breath 'til I turn blue. There is no compensation for the loss and no refund amount of any kind on the absolutely ridiculous amount I had to pay. Not even the tip.

Never had an issue getting them the same day before or kind service, I got a quote recently that included a strangely rude reply from the new owner, someone named "Sara Monster", about why their charges and new turnaround time tripled. Its like they put a teenager in charge of the front desk who doesn't want return customers. I would have paid the extra cash but I'm not going to reward entitlement. Their customer service just tanked. We try to support local businesses but when they take customers for granted, they deserve to close.

My son and his wife are long time customers of Wayfare and they referred me to them. I was never so happy as I was when they arrived the first time The issue was resolved mostly that day and over the next two weeks and follow up visits to make sure all was going well, the issue is now over. The many times I have come to PS she has always met my family & I with courtesy & that great smile! Ms. Cindy goes out of her way to accommodate the customers at this location. She always makes sure that she greets you right away....even when she is helping someone she will say excuse me & then greet the person that has just walked in. I don't know about anyone else but that makes a big difference to me. In the beginning of my renting, if there was ever something I didn't understand about my charges she made sure she took the time to explain them to me. There were times we were there in the summer & she would come back in her little cart to our storage space to see & make we had water while were working...if we didn't she'd give us a bottle of cold water. I can't tell you how much that meant to us! I was there one day & it was her day off...I wasn't feeling well & had came to get some things for my granddaughters. As we were leaving she was coming up the street she stopped & asked how we were doing...what she did next surprised me/us...she insisted on giving us a ride back to the shelter where were staying! I am also unhappy with the storage that I rented for 9 year. Not only did the price increase from 150.00 ending in 398.00 a month. I decided to move out due to the price. once I saw rat drippings I decided to file a claim. I started moving the storage unit and it looks to be infected with rat poop and urine on all my items. I had to dispose of everything. I have pictures and video of everything. I thought I would get reimbursed once I filed a claim. My policy which they suggest you get when you sign up for the storage, was for $3000.00, lo and behold it will only give you $250.00 for rodent damage. On move out day we found 2 large dead rats in my belongings. Staff was on property and did witness them. TG
