If I could give zero stars....This store staff and management are beyond unprofessional and treat…read morethe very customers who consistently support their business with disrespect. I have shipped packages here daily for over two years I've never had a real problem to complain about until a couple of weeks ago. An employee treated me extremely unprofessionally and was unnecessarily rude and contemptuous, almost like they were already angry and spiteful when I walked up. Soon after I returned to ship another package, hoping to resolve/be heard about my experience. I asked to speak to the store manager and if there was a private place where we could speak-trying to avoid having this conversation out in the open . She walked me over to the side right next to everyone in line doing their orders. When I tried to explain what happened with the employee the week before she snapped at me almost immediately, and said, "I do not care about your complaint," and walked away mid-sentence. Not only was I shocked I was appalled. I approached her with discretion and a desire to be heard for what and how the employee had treated me and her answer was literally I. DO. NOT. CARE! Like I said, I've been coming in the store for two years daily sometimes multiple times a day never had an issue but the very first time I have an issue this is how it's handled? The experience with the manager was worse than the experience with the employee but quite frankly very similar. I can't tell you how awful this has been. Even though I will have to drive a little farther away, I will 100% not return to this business. I will use FedEx down the street. I calculate I have spent anywhere from $200 to $800 a week, nearly $26,000 a year shipping at this store for my business. I would say I have been a loyal customer. Apparently that means absolutely nothing--- ok.

I pointed out that it was more than a 100% markup and asked what I was missing. She told me that's just how it was and if I liked USPS so much to go there. So I did. My money and I will never darken this doorway again.

I caution anyone from using the Monroe Parkway Postal Annex if they wish to send packages by DHL…read more Here is my recent experience: On 7 February 2025, I asked this branch of Postal Annex to help me send a 0.55 pound package to Indonesia. I asked them if they charged the same rates as DHL. They said their rates were in the same range as DHL, and they gave me a twenty dollar discount to sweeten the deal. In the end, after the twenty dollar discount, I was charged $163.41 to send the package to Indonesia. Out of curiosity, I decided to go directly through DHL the next time. On 7 April 2025 (exactly two months later) I went to an actual DHL outlet on Scholls Ferry Road and asked them to send a package with the same contents, the same weight (0.55 pounds) to the same street in Indonesia. DHL charged me only $74.52. In other words, sending a DHL package through the Monroe Parkway branch of Postal Annex cost me more than twice as much as sending precisely the same package (same contents, same weight, same destination) through DHL itself. I hope others will learn from my experience and not allow themselves to be overcharged by this branch of Postal Annex. I verify that the statement above is true and correct and have retained receipts as evidence.

Even when there's a long line, packages piling up, and clearly a stressful day, they still manage to be polite and get the job done. I've done printing, shipping, and even Amazon returns at this location and I've been happy with every visit. Recently a self serve Amazon returns counter was added. It seems like a really great addition for simple, quick, scanned returns. I haven't been able to try it out yet because there's always been other customers using it but I'll get my chance eventually. The printing I've had done at this location has always been great quality and done quickly. There are mail boxes available for rent here as well. The shipping prices are comparable, in some cases slightly more, than USPS but there are times I feel more secure using UPS for packages. I live in a rural area and our local UPS drivers handle my deliveries with far more care than USPS so I'm hopefully that it's the same case in other areas when I'm shipping important items to others.

He made up a bunch of lies (such as they aren't associated with UPS, I need a QR code even though I had a prepaid label, the system won't let them waive the label printing fee) and then admitted that he just wanted me to leave the store. Really? UPS lost all all respect for not waiving the $2 printing fee on top of their crappy delivery service. What a greedy unethical business.
