Received an estimate, a time to complete of 3 days and the promise of updates. Did not receive updates, I had to call. Long story very short, the repair took twice as long and the final cost was 38% over the original estimate. I can understand some additional cost, but 38%? Was also quoted $312.50 for an additional service that only a dealer could perform. The final cost was $396.00, also 27% over what I was told. I would not recommend them as you won't get your vehicle back when promised and you can count on the final bill being much higher than originally told. My car was recently considered TOTALED by my insurance company. Even tho they were not going to be doing the repairs they were helpful and considerate of my needs through this. Jonathan Mayorga is an estimator and he took the time from his heavy workload to explain to me in a way I could understand, what the process was going to be, and what to expect. We had the right rear quarter panel repaired on our Yukon. And from start to finish the whole experience was great. The Front office was very helpful, the Service Writer was very knowledgeable and the estimate was quick and easy. The repair work was fantastic. They did a great job on the blend work and the finished work is so good. We were very happy with the experience and would recommend them to our friends and family. I picked this shop after someone duff done back and damage to my car in the snow based on the reviews. However I was very disappointed. The adjuster there never called me one time in one month. Everyone we spoke I had to call and check in on a date. Good thing I did because she kept telling me a date it would be ready then never was ready and she never called. The over all work done was good but the communication and follow through was terrible. I'm huge on customer service, and there was zero. read more

Main auto body is my #1 choice. Simply put, they are THE BEST around. This is the second car I have had go there needing repair. Both times it was after an accident. Most recently my car was hit while parked on the street. They dealt with the insurance company for me, and kept me in the loop. Their staff is honest (which is extremely important to me), reliable, kind and understanding. They work quickly and efficiently to get you vehicle back to you as soon as possible, while not cutting corners and doing a beautiful job. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone. It pains me to have to give a bad review. Because Jake who was in charge of completing quotes was so polite, and good to deal with. But the quality of the work from this shop is horrible. I had two vehicles that were being repaired there at around the same time. My first vehicle took 3 weeks. While they completed my car in two days. The paint where they repaired my car doesn't even match the rest of the body. They got it close, but I'm picky with my cars. The suv that they repaired for me took a little longer because it had much more damage. They said they were replacing both doors in their entirety. Then when I picked it up the door handles were the same old chipped ones. Why wasn't this disclosed to me I would have paid extra to get the door handles ordered. There were other minor cosmetic issues that were left unrepaired, I would have paid extra to have those done had anyone informed me they weren't being included. They told me these repairs would take about 10 days, then they had my suv for over 3 weeks. I understand that shops get busy, and sometimes repairs cannot be made in time, but the communication was very limited, and I had little to no idea what was going on with my vehicle. I am incredibly disappointed, and will be taking both vehicles to another body shop to get the remaining fixes done. read more
