I am super picky about dentists and their crew (who among us isn't?) and when I visited his office, I new immediately that I found my new dentist. The office and equipment are well kept and they have some of the newest digital technology. The office was comfortable and warm. The office staff was great. Marci is the receptionist, and she is very friendly and helpful. Dental hygienist is Chrissie, and she is very skilled and very nice. They brought a temp in on the day I was there and she was the main assist to Dr Al Wari. Her name is Larriana and she was great as well. After the work was done it turns out that even though they accept my insurance, they're not in network for the services they provided. When I asked about the bill at my most recent visit they said "oh yeah your insurance never covers anything". Why would they provide an estimate for the services showing what insurance would supposedly pay if they knew the service they provided was out of network? That's pretty shady & deceiving. When I mentioned that they said they accept my insurance, they said that they accept all PPOs but are only in network with a few of them. It really sucks because I did enjoy my visits to the office, Dr. Rossen is super nice & I loved his dental hygienists. I just don't appreciate being lied to.

I'm impressed beyond words by Dr. Amos' attention to details, his passion to produce the perfect outcomes for his patients and above all, his patience while working with his patients. When I initially approached him with my dental correction request, he did not begin to market and convince me to get the veneers done through his office. He referred me to a different Orthodontic and encouraged me to do the required research. He's the kindest, funniest, and most skillful dentist! And did I mention he is the most honest dentist! He will never try to sell you something that is not in your best interest. I asked him for more work and he could have easily said yes (and did it like my previous dentists did) but he suggested I don't do as the cosmetic work I inquired about would ultimately be harmful and require more costly repairs/upkeep down the road. He said my teeth are healthy and fine so why mess that up! I've been to dentists that jumped at doing these types of cosmetic procedures (usually their suggestion) since they break down over time but never did they mention that it damages your teeth in the process.
