Most of their days they all get there early and head out to work on jobs all over the place before returning at the end of the day. If you need anything from them, just call and leave a message and they will call you back. I had broken the mirror on an antique dresser. The mirror was an unusual shape with a thick beveled edge. I called 6 different glass shops in the neighborhood and got price quotes ranging from $150 to $500 for the job. The folks at No 1 Glass & Mirror did a perfect job for $85. Either they took a hit getting that job done, or they were the only ones not looking to make a killing on my job. Either way, I'm so glad I went with them. They did an amazing job in reasonable time and were friendly to work with. I personally worked with Steve. When I was in their shop I noticed that No 1 Glass & Mirror also does window screens which I will likely return to them for. You can bring them a frame that they will re-screen or they can create a new screen frame for you.
