Dave the owner personally came to the house before the installation, and made sure the right chair was ordered. It was ordered and installed in a couple of weeks. They don't hire outside contractors to do the work. They are highly-trained professionals and employees of the company. The installer, Eddie, (who has worked with them for 8 years) did a great job installing the Stairlift! He was fast, knowledgeable, pleasant and totally thorough in installing and instructing how to use it. He even cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished! It was such a pleasure to do business with Dave (the owner), Corinne(the scheduler) and Eddie (the installer.) It's rare these days to be able to receive such wonderful service. Thank you so much!

Owned by a man, Mr. Peters, who knows his medical equipment I was able to get my father's wheelchair repaired in one week. Most of that time was spent waiting for the replacement part. We chose to take the chair to his store but for an additional fee he can travel to your residence to make the necessary repairs. The fee was reasonable given replacement parts are priced by corporate robber barons but so worth it to avoid the purchase of a new chair. I highly recommend this repair shop. And to be clear, I never met or heard about this place until I researched online.
