Oh, and Budget charged me a $75 "no-show" fee for a truck they didn't have. Now I get to waste more time with them trying to get that refunded. Avoid this place like Covid.

The vans were not wrecks at all. One was older, two were brand new, all were roadworthy. Rosalie helped me with all of them. She is friendly, efficient, knows her stuff. She was careful to document any dents before I left the lot, and she took the time to help figure out the right mileage quota, and familiarize me with the particulars of the controls and dashboard of each vehicle. My appointment was for 5:30 since that was the only time I could go (right after work). After I get there, no one is available. I even see the hours for one of the services held at that location printed on the window (which said they closed at 6). After hectically trying to call everyone I could to resolve it since I needed to get the truck that day, I eventually gave up on them and went with uhaul since everyone with them and budget simply deferred responsibility of the issue. Avoid working with these people if you can because customer service is no really a concern of theirs.

I brought my Mustang to Sam's at about 10:15AM on a Saturday to have the exhaust replaced. I was assured that work would start at around 11 and finish at about 1PM. I arrive back at 1:15 PM to find that the lights are off, the front door locked and no one on the premises. My car was in the exact same position I had left it in and no work was done whatsoever. The icing on the cake? My car keys had been haphazardly flung to the driver's side floor. Outstanding. I was not even given a courtesy call to tell me that they were not going to be able to work on my car. Thankfully I had never given them any form of payment information and I simply took my vehicle back. Now if Sam's is looking to drive customers away, they are doing a commendable job at that. Sam's can rest easy knowing that I will never return and will bring my business to one of their many competitors in the nearby areas. As a side note: To all aspiring car thieves / jackers, check the lots of Sam's Automotive. If you see a vehicle left on the site after hours, just simply open the door and find the keys on the floor of the vehicle.
