Came here for the first time the other day, after a hike and I couldn't believe how big each of our orders were. I love to eat so I decided to get the double cheeseburger which was so perfect and really good including the fries. My friend couldn't finish his carne asada burrito which was also a great choice. Oh... My... Goodness.... This food was good!!!! Yeah, I know it is just a hamburger spot but the food is so fresh and divinely delicious. My coworker and I went in for burger combos but while standing in line I noticed one of the other patrons eating a pastrami sandwich. I decided immediately that I was getting a pastrami sandwich instead of a burger. Great move! That pastrami was lit!!! The meat was sliced thin and there was hardly any fat on the meat and the roll.... the roll was so fresh that the sandwich practically melted in my mouth. My coworker enjoyed her burger as much as I enjoyed my pastrami. Even the service was outstanding! Everyone was so friendly and inviting. This was our first trip to Fabulous Grill On Main Street, as we are only a block away from another establishment that shares the same name. Too bad the one that is close to us does not have the same quality of food or service. Anyway, I will drive the few extra blocks because it was absolutely worth it. Look I've been coming to my place for 1-2 years now where to the point the employees know me ... so I would assume that they know my order and I repeat the order when I call or go in , but they still seem to mess up my freaking order.... The service is fast. The food is okay- sort of typical diner food. The only downside that I did see was the seating. The booths are highly sensitive. For example, if the person behind you is shaking their leg or moving constantly, like a kid, you'll most definitely feel it big time. It was definitely annoying because you want to eat comfortably. Amazingly run 'simple burger joint.' This place has MUCH more than burgers, and does them VERY well. For instance, if you order a side salad, or full Greek Salad say, there are actual varied greens in there (as opposed to just ice berg lettuce) with a healthy array of other vegetables (cucumbers, olives, cherryed tomatoes, onions, etc). Burgers aren't bad either. Very well maintained, constantly cleaned, tons of seating, tons of choices on drinks. This place is a blessing in this area! I love it. read more

Great customer service, friendly people and tasty food. I have driven past this restaurant many, many times. Finally decided to check it out. The food was terrific. This place is more proof of my benchmark, that if you see Law enforcement Officers eating at an establishment the food has got to be good. When I walked in for breakfast, I immediately noticed two L.A. Sherriff Deputies eating breakfast. I know from conversations with policeman, they won't just eat anywhere. Nestled in a less-traveled street near a very sketchy neighborhood, this place delivered a really good lunch. They staff is very friendly, the place is very clean, and it didn't have any bulletproof-glass-covered counters like so many restaurants in the area so it felt a lot safer too! The other customers are, for the most part, don't look like they're going to shank you so that's very nice too. It's a nice little lunch oasis. I got the pastrami and fries and it was awesome. Not up there with the must-trys of LA, but it was cheap, it tasted great, and there was a lot of it. The fries had some seasoned salt stuff that gave them a nice little kick too. read more

Stopped here last night just to order french fries, I had already ordered Fish from "Family Fish Market" in Carson. There is one person at the counter already ordering. There is a small group of three in line before me. I'm next in line. It takes the cashier 15 minutes to take my order. She takes my money provides change but doesn't give a receipt. So I ask her for my order number. She doesn't give me a order number then point to the younger fry cook girl and says she will bring you your order. I shrug it off as this may be normal practice in this place. So I sit at a booth not to far from the cashier still in sight to be visible to them. Time passes by. The group of three is now sitting dining on there meal. The customer who was at the counter when I walked in has received his order and is now gone. Several customers who ordered after me started to received their food. At this point I'm upset. I approach the counter to speak to the female cashier who took my order to find out where my fries are. She looks at me like she's seen a ghost (she forgot about my order of course). She then proceeds to scoop my fry order. Don't go here if you do not have time to spare. read more

November 24th came with my family and they gave my dad expired milk and told the lady and she gave me an attitude saying "it expires December 15 sweetie" I'm not letting anyone talk to me like this. Last week on a thursday i ordered a chicken sandwich combo,came with fries and a drink.I heard loud laffing coming from the cooking area.My food 5 minutes later was delivered to my table.I took a bite out of the sandwich.Ate a fry.Went to eat another fry and i noticed a long brown hair wrapped around a french fry ,as if it was cooked with the food.Well that did it for me.I will never eat there again.This site is going to force me to give a star,but if i could get away with it,i would give them a 0 star rating. read more

I go there at least twice a month everything I have ordered has been good they give you lots of fries ...but today I felt like having the taquitos plate had it before...today I was not so happy the taquitos had beans in them no meat!!! Fabulous Grill in Carson great salads loaded with veggies. The zucchini is thin sliced homemade .not to thick. Vegetarian patty melt is fabulous they will make like you want it.
