Another 10min passed by, now I'm seeeing people who came after me get their orders before me. Asked the staff again for my order status. The order pick up window person shouted my name to the kitchen each time I checked in. Finally the 3rd time they responded, they start arguing, apparently my order was done a long time ago, and it was given to someone else. It took 30min to figure out that my order had already been done and given to someone else because there was no communication between the kitchen, order staff or pick up staff. no apology, just got my food after the argument 3minutes later...Food was average, definitely not worth a 30min wait.

The service was quicker than I anticipated. I ordered the chili cheese pastrami fries. Fire !!! Out of all of the spots I've been getting chili cheese fries or any pastrami, theirs so far is the best. Still had some left over the next day. Fries were cold. When I walked last night 15 minutes before close, no one was trying to rush me out and still asked if I wanted to eat there. This was delightful because usually people are completely poops about it. My had a small baby and I went in first to order and then went outside to trade with my husband so he could use the restroom as we waited for our to-go order. Without me sharing any thoughts with my husband the first thing he said when he got back is how supremely friendly the young man was and how he swears his attitude was contagious because he came out with a smile on his face. The food itself as mentioned was great. We took advantage on the specials for the double cheeseburger and the chicken sandwich. I know people will debate it, but I enjoyed the well seasoned and tasty breaded sandwich much more than In-n-out. The chicken sandwich tasted so high-quaity in comparasion to most fast food sandwiches I've ever had and priced so affordably. The entire resturant and the restroom were impicaly clean, the defintion of "sparkling clean". God forbid a customer ask a question about the menu or decide to cancel an item with her. She was so rude and everytime my boyfriend spoke or said something it seemed like she was getting more pissed off/impatient. I've been coming here for the last 8 years and have never had a problem like this until yesterday. We decided to leave the drive thru shortly after ordering because of how nasty her attitude was. Maybe give her a task that doesn't involve talking to other people next time.
