It didn't look like a fillet, and it was a touch over mid-rare. When we complained, a different server told us they "press" them down to cook faster. The baked potato wasn't warm enough to melt the cheese and you had to load it yourself. They made another one anyway, with another potato and we were glad to find a man walking his dog that was happy to take the dinner, as we are traveling and couldn't reheat it. I thought I got a picture of the two steaks for comparison, but all I got was the before "fillet mignon. The redo absolutely looked like an "unpressed" filet mignon as you would expect it to look. Our server was awesome and gave us a dessert, which was amazing, to help make up for the steak. I feel like they just gave us the wrong steak and didn't want to admit it. No one "presses" a $50 filet mignon flat.
