For the broken AC, your staff said: "I guarantee it was working" when "said staff" was not in my room at 1 am, 2 am, 3 am and 4 am when I was up trying to get the ac to work. For that, this is why I came here to let future bookings know ;) Lastly, espresso was great, but breakfast was Mid and tiramisu was rotten from the cafe.

Our 2nd floor room was very quiet & the blackout drapes on all windows plus the split ac & heat controls made everything adjustable for a perfectly cavelike environment. Hello solid night's sleep! A small fridge in the room had little Coffeemate creamers for the in-room coffee maker, but there is always a coffee & tea station downstairs too. The town is literally across the street! The Baseball Hall of Fame & the Farmers Museum are both a block & a half away, and in between are several spirits shops, baseball stores, restaurants and a bakery. Breakfast is 8am-9:30am & it is a nice offering: Oatmeal packets, cold cereals & milk Sausage & pepper frittata - custardy! Corn muffins (a must try!) And we were well prepared after enjoying the family-style hearty, filling, home made breakfast. The bigger bedroom only had 1 night table, which was inconvenient as there was nowhere to place eyeglasses or phone anywhere but on the floor by the bed. There were spiders in the window. Even though they were sealed not something you want to see in one's bedroom There were no hooks or a clothing rod. Nowhere to hang clothes. Living Room setup was bad. The sofa should have been against the wall facing the tv so ones neck isn't strained trying to watch tv Personally, I feel it would have been better to move the sofa where the microwave and fridge are and those could have been moved under or to the side of the tv. Lastly, we were told that we're responsible to clean the room in an email they sent the day of our check out. We paid a lot of money for this room and there was no daily room service or cleanup. This should be included with the price instead of telling the guests to clean up before the "cleanup crew comes in.
